It’s a shame I have to say this. But if you want to donate fi sabilillah, then find another charity. Once they’ve got your details, they will not stop sending unsolicited texts asking for donations and they will ignore requests (three times now) to remove your details off their system. Worst thing is they had actually reassured me they had done that. Then after some time, the whole process of starts again. Due to this unprofessional and unethical conduct, I donate to UWT and others instead. Avoid like the plague!

Despite my emails, letters and phone calls over the last 6 years, Muntada Aid had failed to remove my personal details from their systems and continue to harass me with unwanted marketing and emails. I have requested to stop since 2017, with replies from them in 2021-2023 promising that they would. It seems like they also share customer data with others, since using my unique details other companies have marketed to my personal address.
