Really convenient and tasty. Surprisingly large portion sizes. I had some hot and some cold, even having that versatility was an added bonus.

This service is very reliable and easy to use ... but best of all the meals are healthy and taste great. The ingredients and accompanying sauces have been chosen to preserve freshness, heat well in the oven .. and stay moist, not least of all thanks for the great, often nicely spiced, sauces.

Healthy, tasty, varied meals that take all the hassle out of planning and preparing well balances meals. I use the "Lean" plan to support weight loss and it's been a godsend. The packaging is well thought out, I've had no problems with deliveries, and the customer service is outstanding. Can't recommend it enough.

Food is great, very tasty, definitely one of the best Ive tried to date.

We recently tried Munchfit and I was so impressed with the quality of the products, options available to customers, flavours and customer service.

The food is delivered on time and well packed, the meals are delicious and very filling so you do not feel you are having a 'diet' meal. The nutritional information was really informative and all the vegetables tasted really fresh and crunchy.

We had a selection of eight meals and a mix of fish, meat and vegetarian, they all delivered on flavour.

I had to contact customer service to check on delivery and after emailing, I had a call within the hour, I wish more companies offered such a high level of service.

Excellent tasting, fresh meals that are nutritious and taste like something you would actually buy from a restaurant rather than a supermarket

Delicious food, only reservation long term would be the price as it mounts up with delivery. But cant fault the service.

As I am new, a reminder on when to expect deliveries would have been helpful. I think it was mentioned up front but a reminder would add to the service!

A couple of the meals were great. But many weren’t appropriate for reheating…fish especially isn’t great reheated. I wish that I could pick the meals ahead of time (maybe there’s a way to do that but I couldn’t find it on their website) or give more than two exclusions to my diet. I am a picky eater so maybe this isn’t for me.

So happy to have found MunchFit! It has made eating healthy and affordably so easy and I honestly cannot wait to receive the meals as they have all been so delicious! I definitely would recommend MunchFit to all of my family and friends :) Also, their customer service is unparalleled!

I Ordered because I was too lazy to cook vegetables but I was disappointed by the way they cooked vegetables. It’s pretty much always the same vegetables, it’s always undercooked. We need more variety

I only revived 2 meals
On the Wednesday and the 4 that I was meant to receive on Saturday never turned up, the meals I did have I enjoyed but not reviving the other four I payed for is a real turn off for the service.

So loving all the fresh vegetables. Very tasty, healthy food. Love it

Very healthy, very tasty delicious meals, the price is still too high in my opinion, but you will not be disappointed about the quality of food.

As a vegan my wife surprised me with a Korean tofu munchfit meal in the recent Ocado order. It was on "flash" special at £6+ with a regular price of circa £10.

At that price point I had high expectations. I was disappointed. The biggest issue that the tofu had been frozen (which makes it spongey) and did not really have the texture or flavour one would expect. While the noodles and veg were fresh and tasty - the protein must be the centre-piece of any meal.

Must be a lot better to be anywhere near value for money.

Munchfit is seriously good. I’ve spent the last few weeks trying various services and it’s at the top with PurePackage.

Julia is incredible and much like observations made in the other comments- I swear she is always working?! Delivery was easy enough but one person left the package upside down despite it clearly being labelled ‘this way up’ so that box was somewhat messy.

I did the ‘strong’ plan and I’m a woman who is an ultra runner. It seemed like a lot of food and I was worried I was overeating but for that period I was FLYING in my training and I really noticed more definition in my physique.

I’m signing up again for sure but the only reason this isn’t 5 stars is I couldn’t remove coriander and tofu from my preferences, there is not enough fruit in this programme and it did feel lacking in fresh veg too. I also like a smaller sweet snack on occasion, this would have been nice rather than four savoury heavy meals (asides from the odd breakfast that was a muffin).

If you can afford PP I’d recommend giving it a go, but Munchfit is a far superior product to that of Fresh Fitness Foods and Love Yourself.

Munchfit is the best meal delivery in London.
The meals are fresh and there are actual green veggies in the Vegan meals (not just carrots and peppers).
Customer service is on point, Julia has been the best at making that I was satisfied with all my deliveries!
