What is wrong with your order?
Very poor service!! Not up to market standard of webshops
Eight days after I was told that the order was shipped I asked for the delivery.
Next day I was told that it was sent to my address. I asked for some kind of tracking.
Three days later the reply was : no tracking.
Next day I asked them to follow up on DHL and find out what the status on the delivery was.
The day after I was told to "have a little patience"
Six days later and no news I asked for a cancellation and a refund of the payment.
No feedback at all.
Refund of my money came 27 days after the shipment should have taken place.
