Avoid buying from Multivores

I placed a 90-euro order on Multivores.com
I contacted 1 time the assistance before placing the order, for information on products and they responded quickly and very gently.

Anyway, after placing the order there was an error in the payment with credit card. I could pay after 2 days of email..
They sent the package from France without all the appropriate documents, so it stayed blocked at the France border for 3 weeks. After several emails (where I had to contact personally the shipping company), I could receive the package after one month.

2 products were EXPIRED since 3 weeks.
No response from their service. No refund nor replace of the expired items (they were a gift, actually..)

Personally, this was the worst online experience I had in my last 15 years of online shopping.
