The course was intense (especially the first 7 modules) but useful. The live sessions and modules were well organised and informative. The AI in the platform was great when I had questions. The teache... See more

Awful experience, course didn’t start till January, their systems said it started in December meaning passive aggressive e-mails from “coaches” demanding to know why OTJ hours weren’t logged. Trie... See more

Use someone else

They lie about the start date then assign you hours of missed "On the Job" time. Falsely advertised, poor organisational start, the platform had all incorrect lesson dates compared to the ones the instructor was saying. Your learning group is around 50-60 people from all other businesses at a time, so far not a single lesson has gone smoothly because of questions being asked and everyone wanting to talk about their own set up, system or software.

They bombard you with emails or the web platform instant messaging, they care more about you registering "On the job" time spent related to course than actually giving you useful information about the course. Then threaten to kick you off the course if you haven't hit their expected target, we're in the 3rd week of January!

barely any guidance around when units should be completed by, but then when you're on a learning session they say it's not majorly important if you have or havent done them yet. We even had to ask when each projects due to be handed in by because they didnt publish project completion dates.

They're in it for the numbers, not the experience nor the content, they'd much rather you ask their AI everything than reach out to them.
so far i've learned more on Youtube and on my own than I have with them, wont be recommending them to anyone and the feedback to our business will be to remove them as an educational supplier.

Will not leave me alone

I had some limited correspondence with multiverse about two years ago. Ended up deciding not to go with them as a provider. They've been badgering me ever since on my work email, linkedin and my private number, which I never game them. I've asked them to leave me alone but they will not do it. Really weird harassing practice, as if I'm going to sign my company up with anyone doing such things! Avoid and do not give them your details.

I highly recommend Multiverse as a training provider. They offer excellent courses with in-depth learning opportunities. The coaches are particularly supportive and invested in helping you succeed throughout the programme. Al Angel and Dan Sahi have been especially helpful and made me feel more confident about passing the course!

Don't bother applying if you're a male.

The hiring team is all female. Not interested in your competence. Employment is dependent on how they "feel" about you.

No wonder these guys are the laughingstock of the apprentice training world. Whenever I mention them to recruiters the phrase I usually hear is "Impressive you got to interview. No other guy I know has."

They don’t even deserve one star

Applied, sent in my video interview and was told they put all applications on hold until 2024! Recently came across one of their adverts urging people to apply so that clearly was a lie! Scammers. What was the point of putting me through all that work if I wasn’t going to get any feedback whatsoever. So dodgy. Please please please avoid.

Terrible company to work! They do not care about your mental health!

Once you finish learning the ropes after joining, you will want to use that same rope to hang yourself due to toxic nature of the work environment

Sometimes decisions taken at senior management level are taken without input from those below to see how it would impact their day to day work

You have to explore what your boundaries are and then set them. Avoid saying yes to too many opportunities or risk become overworked without being compensated

During my time at Multiverse, I saw no end of bad hires, firings, promotions and "strategic" decisions. It became the norm to hear about company restructures whereby the same individuals would simply change titles and swap places like a ludicrous game of musical chairs. It's blindingly obvious the higher-ups just had to shuffle their friends around so to make everyone else feel like progress was being made.

Basically Toddlers in charge of hiring.

Worst recruitment experience in my entire life. I was phone screened by Izzie Snowden and told that a follow up interview would be the next week, instead I was completely ghosted and ignored. It's quite simple, if the candidate is not a fit have the decency to inform them. Honestly, what a joke. I will never in my life promote your service or ever consider you as an employer.

Worst recruitment service

Worst recruitment service, takes several hours to complete application and they never reply. Instead go to Arch apprenticeship, QA apprenticeships or just apply to local firms. Please don't waste your time here.
