Multi tech Holbæk sent two electrician s to replace a meter switch destroyed during the thunder storm, a job for one electrician. It took approximately 30mins. They did not replace any damaged bulbs. Mind you all equipments used costed less than 180kr but we got a bill of almost 2400kr. Horrible

We contact this company for our interest in solar panels and a car charger. They said all the right things and really sold us on using them. They told us it would be 2 weeks for an estimate and so we waited. No estimate came. We called them after 2 weeks and I talked to someone that said they would follow up with the person whom did the home visit. Waited another week and called again. I asked why there were issues and explained we would like to use them. They assured me they’d follow up and someone would contact me within the next day or two. Waited 5 days and called again. I asked what is the issue and could someone else just please take over. He said he would take over and contact me when he got the information from the man who came to our house. Well no one ever called and we gave them well over 2 months to get back with us. We ended up going with another great company and are currently very much enjoying our solar cells, batteries and home car charger. My advise, find a different company. We talked to serval people (my husband and I) and no one seems to have a clue how to do business. Find a company that takes your business serious, because it’s not Multi tech!
