I have used Muglamania for many years and have always been more than happy with the products, customer service etc and left a glowing report several years ago. However my most recent experience means that I will never use, or recommend, them again. I ordered several coasters and when they arrived, instead of the nice glossy finish I have been used to they were dull and lifeless, almost a matt finish. They claim not to have changed anything and tried to blame the photos I sent. They said they would refund if I sent them back at my own cost but would not reprint in case I "still wasn't happy". I have since had some done by another company, using the EXACT same photos, and they are a lovely glossy finish and streets ahead in quality.

How they handled this complaint was outrageous claiming we had sent the image they printed although our email and attachments could be proved.
In the end I did a charge back with card company as Muglamania refused to refund me.
Once bitten twice shy - please avoid if you value your money, much better providers are available else where...

I was really disappointed when I got to the till at how expensive postage was, especially once I learned it was only second class Royal Mail, however the products came and were such good quality (even though my photos were only taken on a phone) that I am ordering even more. I'm just mad at myself that I didn't order all in one go so I didn't have to pay postage twice! 🙈

After discussing what colors to use we opted for brighter colors rather than soft pastels and Im glad we did,the results were very good

I placed an order on the 14/12/15 with a stated maximum delivery of 5 days. 4/6 mugs ordered were received within this timeframe but two mugs were missing (and have still not been received to date 10/01/15). When I contacted the company (and I could only do this by email as they never answered the mobile phone number listed on the website), they were most unhelpful and rude.
They were adamant that all 6 were sent and were unwilling to do anything to rectify the fact that two were missing (they did have a photograph showing 6 boxes taped together), but this makes you wonder why they take photographs of parcels sent when they are responsible (not the customer) for the product up to the minute it is delivered. It seems to me that they must get this a lot and use the photographs to argue with their customers.
After spending hours and hours back and forth by email they eventually refunded the cost of the two missing mugs (even though I said I didn’t want a refund and wanted the two missing mugs to be sent out).This was because the mugs were intended as a Christmas gift for our volunteers as a thank you for all the work they do for charity. I could not therefore very well only give one to four of our volunteers and not the others, so the four received were useless.
I strongly feel this company were doing everything they could to be awkward and said as much to them and that I wanted the mugs re-sent but if they insisted on being awkward to provide a full refund (to which they agreed to a refund hence acknowledging they were trying to be awkward). This is where I am currently up to today 10/01/15 (a whole month later) but I am dubious that the company will issue the refund as they have stated that they cannot be responsible for the mugs during return transit. I get the impression that they are going to say they were returned broken or something because this is the kind of ridiculous childish behaviour I’ve seen from them so far.
They apparently contacted their contracted delivery company ipost who stated that the parcel didn’t look damaged when delivered, hence they stated they were confused and basically called me a liar (the parcel came as four individual small boxes taped together so if there were six it does seems quite logical that two came loose but even so, the company should rectify this and at the very least be polite and respectful to their customers).
I did note that all their correspondence states “You are important to us. Your complete satisfaction is our intent. If you are happy with our service, tell all your friends. If you are disappointed, please tell us and we will do our best to resolve the issue…..”. I certainly didn’t experience any of this and in fact my experience is the complete opposite.
As stated by Muglamania I did inform them that I would be leaving a review and I gave them a number of weeks to rectify the issue in the hope that I would not have to leave such a poor review. Plenty of opportunity in my mind but still such a disrespectful response.
P.s. I would have been happy with any outcome that didn't involve the arguing. I'm not arguing over the money but the principle and the fact that I was unable to provide a token of gratitude to such helpful volunteers. I would still prefer to receive the mugs than the money but Muglamania have been unwilling to co-operate.

I recently ordered a personalised photo moneybox from Muglamania, It wasn't only the cheapest I'd found anywhere online but I loved the fact I could see my moneybox as I was designing it. Unfortunately the moneybox arrived slightly damaged, even though it was well packed, after contacting Muglamania about this matter, I couldn't believe how helpful they were, As this was a gift for a friends birthday and time was fast running out to replace it, Muglamania helped me out big time by allowing me to send photos of the damaged moneybox rather than sending the original moneybox back and having to wait for a replacement, I received the new moneybox just in time for my friends birthday, we were both delighted with the quality of the moneybox and I for one will definitely be purchasing more items from Muglamania in the near future. I would highly recommend Muglamania to anyone.
Nealry three weeks and I still haven't received my order of one printed mug. No reply to emails or messages send through my online account. Unacceptable service. Will not order from or recomend them again.

The print on the cup looked great. Cup seems to be of decent quality. However, I paid for a white gift box, but only received it in a brown cardboard box. Nevertheless, satisfied with the product.

Don't waste money with this company, Tesco are selling a much better quality at better price
I have sent them request to confirm that return postage will be refunded by them as they sent me a faulty product. But they rather lose customer. Still waiting for their confirmation rather than long responses
The supplier will send you poor workmanship item and then you will be asked to pay for return to get your issue resolved. They have poor customer service
The supplier is not accepting the issue and I have sent images of the angle image along with poor quality of print
