High quality product and company

First of all I am very happy with the product itself. We ordered office chair for my daughter and we like it very much, quality, comfort, design. Equally I am happy that also after sales service and customer support of the company are supportive in case of difficulties and helped me to solve the fact that my chair was unfortunately delivered with damage. It happens, but what really matters and what I appreciate is that we found solution. If you still hesitate, I recommend!

Items arrived damaged and the company…

AVOID!! Items arrived damaged and the company refused to pay the return postage for the faulted order. The kitchen chairs had been damaged and gouged on two of the four chairs. I packaged up the order as it had arrived and asked for a return label to be sent. This is where the company started to act badly, refusing to pay for the return of the order, saying they would pay for the return of half the order. Half a faulted order is no good to me as I was replacing four kitchen stools for the festive period. It is against the law to refuse to pay the return postage for a faulted order. I kept emailing daily asking for the return label and they took a few days to respond saying I had to pay for half of the return. I AM RETUNING S DAMAGED ORDER, WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR EVEN PART OF THE RETURN? After I sent all the details they requested they continued to say I had to pay to return two chairs. Then, after two weeks they said that it was now 14 days later so I couldn’t return the item. What a scam! I have been communicating with the company since delivery and they continue to break the law.
In response to their reply - total rubbish! For a start I live in a villa, not an apartment block! Check the delivery address again, you can’t even get that right! All I need to say about your reply is that it fits well with your scam outfit! Bunch of clowns.

We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we feel it is important to clarify some facts regarding your order.

Your purchase was made through an external marketplace, not directly on our official website. All communications regarding returns and customer service were handled through the marketplace, as stipulated by their policies and our Terms and Conditions. At your request, we continued the conversation via email, outside of the marketplace, which unfortunately leaves no official record on the platform and limits the ability to manage the case formally through their system.

Regarding the product, two of the chairs were minimally affected by slight imperfections, which are minor and do not compromise the functionality or structural integrity. These do not constitute a manufacturing defect according to our quality standards. For a return to be accepted, the item must be properly disassembled and packaged, which is a mandatory requirement for the shipping company.

Additionally, the request for collection from a fourth-floor apartment without an elevator is not covered in our terms or in the marketplace’s return policy. We have never refused a return, provided the conditions stipulated by our terms and the marketplace are respected.

Our team has responded to every email and remained ready to resolve the situation professionally. We remain willing to assist you through the correct channels so the return can be processed within the agreed policies.

The tulip chairs I bought are looking…

The tulip chairs I bought are looking really beautiful ! But they do have to be assembled, which was easier than I thought .
Love them !!!

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. I ordered two side tables on July 1st. After numerous delays I emailed them on August 8th and was told my order had shipped and I’d have a tracking number shortly. It’s now September 9th and I’ve received neither a tracking number nor the items. My two emails to them in the interim have gone unanswered. I think they are underwater. I’m going to serve them papers for a lawsuit if my money isn’t refunded within 10 days. Avoid - this place is a scam.

Fraudulent vendor - Have not returned money after 100 days

I placed an order in april - on the website it said they would deliver within 10 days. a month later i called and asked where is the product. they said they are having problems with the manufacturer and they did not know how long it would take. i said i would liek to cancel and get my money back. that was mid may. we are not in september and they have not returned my money. they say it will take 30-60 days but its been more than 100 days. this place is a scam and they steal your money. if anything goes wrong and you want your money back, you can forget about it. stay away from this fraudulent vendor

Saga of the missing side table

After a few months of waiting, given supply issues, we were finally advised that our table was on its way, I tracked it excitedly and a few days later it was showing as delivered (10August) on the DHL website. Then the tracking really started as we did not receive the table so where was it? after many calls to DHL and engaging yourselves, Mueble Design kindly offered to replace the table, really unexpected gesture! Thank you!
About the same time of your kind offer, I managed to get the issue resolved with the owner of the house where the table was delivered in error and can confirm that we received the item today.
Thanks again for a great product and for your professionalism! Also for keeping in touch via emails!

Mueble unwilling to replace defective new product

The chair arrived with a snapped metal frame. Even though I responded within 24 hours, they later said it wasn't eligible for return because I didn't contact them. I did. Both the policy and the implementation of that policy are hostile toward the customer.

is it you who keep on writing lies about the delivery status or don't you bother to check our transporters ???

so many advertising communications prove nothing.

less advertising pressure and more dynamism for the orders received, customers appreciate it better

Good experience!

We received the goods on time, professionally packed and in the promised quality and are highly satisfied. The customer service is reliable, but not immediately available to the customer. We had called customer service several times, but there was no answer even after 15 minutes on hold. Emails were answered with delay and the expected support was offered. We had unfortunately ordered a product twice, which was reliably picked up by the company at our expense. The refund minus the transport costs was confirmed to us. All in all, we would order from this company again.
