Not the best experience. When new the wand was cracked and tbf was sent a new one. Just over a year old and stopped working. Turns out to be the small washer which should last longer than that. They want £5 for a new one. Must cost them 10p and they won’t tell you the dimensions. Ordered and then they don’t ship for 4 days. Still not arrived and don’t answer my emails asking for an update. It will be too late now for our road trip in motorhome. Order 221835

Great bit of kit (owned for about 15 months).
Two niggles:-
The power brush continues to dribble for quite a while after being switched off, so we have to take steps to prevent it soaking the boot of the car after a walk/wash.
The pipe to the power brush is just too long/too short to fold away neatly so flops about unattached.

We’re always pleased with our Mud Daddy products. The electric brush will make using the mud daddy much easier. Works well - recommended

Easy to order my products and they arrived promptly.
The items are sturdy and well made.
They have made cleaning my dog after a muddy walk a pleasent experience rather than a battle.

Ordered a product which was on back order. They emailed me to advise it would be delivered later than expected. The reason I am reviewing as the customer service was outstanding. I let them know that I could not wait and requested a full refund. Without any quibble this was actioned and I have received confirmation today. Cannot say fairer than that. Love great Customer Service!

Purchased my Mud daddy 3.5 years ago. Not for my horses or dogs but for me following a stroke. No downstairs bathroom and couldn't get upstairs ,so shower in the garden it was. Thankfully it was in the middle of a long hot summer, and I must say it worked a treat. As I no longer need it i use it on my 4 dogs and It works great on them to.
A couple of weeks ago it started to leak from the hose and the brush. I emailed the company to order a replacement hose as I couldn't find it on the website and they sent me a replacement hose and brush free of charge. Well if that's not excellent customer service, then I don't know what is. Can't fault them, absolutely brilliant company who really do care about their customers. Thank you Mud daddy, from one very happy customer and 4 very happy little dogs.

Excellent product so much easier than trying to wash muddy paws in sink the brush gets deeper in pads so no more mucky paw prints through my house if I,d realised how good this is I would have bought years ago also super fast delivery ordered one day it arrived the next

Was recommended this by a dog walking neighbour and it's brilliant. No more buckets and muddy towels just a clean dog and as a bonus clean boots and wellies too.

Been aware of Mud Daddy for ages but didn't think I needed one as I've got external warm showers at home and work for my long haired GSD girls. However the mud the past three years has been horrendous and my car and my colleagues' this year has been even worse. We invested in Mud Daddy and they've already made such a difference to the amount of car cleaning needed and help with wellies and car door seals

We've had mud daddy products since the early days of the first pump action brushes and upgraded to power as and when older ones wore out.

Products have been great whilst they are working, however, when support required, service is not unto scratch.

We purchased a Power+ brush at the back end of December and it began failing to hold charge after about a month of use until finally refusing to charge at all after less than 2 months use.

Muddaddy do not make it easy to report issues and needed chasing multiple times to respond to emails. After receiving no response to emails, used the chat function. No response or acknowledgment in the chat session, but by some miracle we received response to the email.

I reported a dead power brush and they still wanted me to send video evidence of it not working. This is pretty daft as the unit could just be out of charge and therefore proves nothing.

They have finally agreed we can send the product back to them, with the caveat that they will replace the until when they get more back in stock which is not expected for approximately 3 weeks.

No offer to even send a pump action replacement to use in the meantime, and I also assume the warranty will still be running from the original purchase date.

This means we will effectively be without the product for at least a month.

In short, when the products work, they are fine. Just be aware if you need support it will be at best frustrating.

I purchased 2 the 12 litre pump as this wasn’t strong enough I got the 8 litre charged one thinking this would be better.
Sadly I’ve spent a lot of money for nothing. There is not enough power. Good idea but not for me. Also it’s better if your dog is short haired mine is a long haired border collie.

I have two spaniels—an energetic 3-year-old English Springer and an adorable 8-month-old Sprocker puppy—who both absolutely love to roll around in the mud after every rainstorm. I've tried various methods to prevent this messy behaviour, such as keeping them on a leash during walks or setting up barriers in the garden, but it always ends up being a stressful experience for both them and me.

Then I discovered the Mud Daddy, and it has truly changed my life! This portable washing station is incredibly easy to use and so convenient, especially after a muddy romp. It comes in various sizes to suit different needs, and I opted for the 8-litre model. This size is more than enough to rinse down both dogs thoroughly, helping me get rid of all the mud and dirt without a hassle. Now, bath time feels much less like a chore, and my spaniels can enjoy their playtime without me worrying about the clean-up afterwards!

The mud daddy products are great and work as well as you would expect. When we encountered a fault with some of the equipment, we were pleased that customer services were quick to respond and helped us out with replacement. This is why we’ll always buy from UK companies if at all possible.

Quick service and the mud daddy makes walking my dog through muddy woods far easier to deal with.

We wouldn’t be without this -piece of mind that AJ our chocolate Labrador can enjoy his walks abd if he gets in to trouble we have the mud daddy with us to clean him before we get home -so much easier and saves time when we get home

This product is absolutely amazing. It must be the best bit of dog kit I have bought. I use it every day in the winter on every walk. It is a game changer. My dog doesn't mind the water as it isn't cold. She just stands there while I get her from brown to yellow again! The brush attachment is great and I feel like it gives her a little massage too.

I absolutely love my Mud Mummy! I used to dread cleaning my two dogs after a muddy walk, but now, it's so much easier. My dogs don't run away from the hose anymore; in fact, they come to me! This is especially a win with my Akira, who typically hates cold water—unless it's a stream!
The power head is an excellent addition, paired with the Mud Mummy, cleaning my dogs has never been simpler. I actually feel like I get a better clean than when I used the cold water hose, and it means I don’t need to wash towels as often. Highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a stress-free and effective dog wash solution!

I quite like the mud Daddy but to be honest it is not as good as I had hoped. The squirt from the brush head is not enough (this is not due to not enough pressure as I had my husband prime the pump for me) I bought the 8ltr as I have a Springer Spaniel so realise I need plenty of water. If the brush head had two options like a home shower head where you could twist and have a better water flow that would help a lot. Spaniel fur is magnetic to mud and it is sticky with the Mud Daddy for a while before it starts to wash off.
