We were selling our family home and had heard some good things about Mike. We invited three Estate Agents and his experience and sincerity stood out.
The advice on the pricing & market conditions were aligned to what we had expected.
The team managed to arrange a sale within 3 weeks, and then exchange/completion within 10 weeks thereafter. Throughout the process Mike updated us on where the legal paperwork was and when there was a hold up he was quick to help manage the situation.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mike & Sam. They run a very professional fantastic family business with a great service! They earned every penny of their fee.

As a property lawyer it is such a breath of fresh air to meet an agent that wants to make your life so much easier, but Mike was absolutely brilliant and without a doubt helped me secure a far earlier exchange and completion for my clients than would have been possible with a less experienced and client focused agent. I said to Mike at the start that this was a results-driven business and Mike and his team delivered results in spades. Quick, no hassle sale at a fair price; what more could you ask for.
