Prodotto di ottima qualità

Inizialmente ho avuto problemi con la consegna (consegna all’estero), una volta che il prodotto è arrivato confermo la qualità del prodotto finale. Il materiale è di alta qualità, cuciture di ottima fattura ed anche il ricamo è stato eseguito alla perfezione. Vorrei sottolineare anche la totale disponibilità del servizio clienti durante la prima spedizione. Sicuramente consigliato come shop, mi appoggerò ancora a loro in futuro.

Besides the issue with the delivery at the beginning (abroad delivery), once the material arrived I must say that it is a very high quality final product. All the details are made in a perfect mistake and the total job it’s a very good level. I’d also like to express the total support from customer service during the first delivery, which they gave to me timely information. Totally suggested as a shop, I’ll buy from them again in the future.

Buongiorno,
come da indicazioni e avvisi riportati sul sito, siamo stati chiusi per circa 2 mesi causa covid 19.
Per recuperare due mesi di lavoro ci vuole un po' di tempo. Inoltre ha ordinato un articolo in ristampa, con stima di spedizione più lunga del normale. Questo ha fatto sì che la spedizione del suo ordine richiedesse più tempo.

MTM SHOP IS UNABLE

I can not recommend this shop.My order was not executed correctly. I also wanted a heel protectors from carpet and got a hard plastic. Also, I had to change the mounting anchors of the mats themselves. Here was a fixing broke. Solution of MTM: 2X attachment replacement and 1X Perfume. I guess so a fragrant tree, that's cents Article as replacement , MTM Shop says: the hard plastic is resistant.Helft me but not if this scratch my shoes.Have not ordered without reason carpet. Proposal of me 10, - € return, because of not fulfillment of the order. No more answer. Reaction from me, bad rating. Here is the inability of the company / employees pushed on the end user, and with ridiculous gifts that tries to cover up. I buy myself new doormats, and in our Porsche Clup I will warn everyone against this company , once the reputation is ruined ...........
