Haseeb Bhatti was the engineer who called, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. There was no interruption to the business, installation just flowed and instruction on how to use it was very informative.

Mis-sold service & goods by sales representative, be very careful to read all the contract, the sales rep ran through everything with me but gave me no real time to actually have the paperwork to read he just gave me the bullet point and got me to sign, the bullet points he gave me were only what he wanted me to know & promised me a the world & problems with the service started happening immediately, they caught me with contractual t's & c's, and are holding me captive with them, or though they did offer to let me get broadband elsewhere to make their system work correctly. PLEASE BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY AND THE ODD WAY THEY DO BUSINESS, their contracts are tight & they pass the buck to everyone else they don't offer anything, the phone goods are with 1 company & service is a different company Mtech only put the 2 together for you, this negates their liability for many thing in my findings. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!

Andy came to do the installation, sorted every thing quickly, very pleasant and polite guy cannot fault him.
Showed me how everything worked really pleased with how everything went.

Mtech Communications have been brilliant from the start. They have kept us updated and reassured throughout the process of installing our phone lines and Wifi. Upon installation Aaron couldn’t have been more helpful. He answered all of our questions and ensured we were confident using the systems before leaving. He was extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble! Great work Aaron.

We had Aaron out today to change over our phone systems in our office. He was efficient and incredibly helpful! Gave us a thorough run through of how to use the phones and helped me when I took my first call on the system to transfer the call correctly. He set the phones up exactly how we need them. Thank you so much Aaron!

Very please with our new phone system, salesman was friendly and easy to work with very happy, Haseeb who came to set the system up was very helpful, nothing too much trouble, did not rush with the training, made sure we were ok before he left.

Andy installed new broadband systems to our hotels and previously phone systems.
10/10 would recommend.
