Bad support, no response or fix any problems After several email inquiries.
I've emailed support@ mt2trading.com a total of 4 times, the last time ticket number: 11800 (Wed, Jan 5, 3:21 PM) got no response. Very disappointed in helping and answering questions.

The platform doesn’t make ten trades…
The platform doesn’t make ten trades correctly it only takes some of them and only on one specific hour of the day, and when I change the broker as a recommendation of one of your support services agent, the new broker was worst and didn’t make a single transaction.

The trade's execution is based on broker conditions, most of the time the problem is the liquidity levels. And yes, there are HOT hours where the market gets volatile and the top providers, as well as the indicators, send more signals.
Now, regarding the broker suggestion, it was only a suggestion, however, it was your decision, we never force clients to trade with any broker.

I have now been with Mt2 for just over…
I have now been with Mt2 for just over 5 months. I have been very profitable, more so than with any other strategy or signal service I have used in the last 3 to 4 years.on a few occasions, when the odd problem arises, their support team has been super fast and efficient at resolving them. I now have 12 month licenses with multiple brokers.
I would definitely recommend using their services.

We do appreciate your feedback, we will take it into consideration for upcoming updates. Now, regarding the weekly payment, we decided to change it since subscribers were not paying providers commissions.
On the other hand, the reason why there are not many forex providers is that we have just released it, we hope that more expert providers join the movement.

Budget of an entrepreneur
They must understand that as entrepreneurs we must organize our finances and pay the copytrading subscription on a weekly basis, it is difficult to organize the budget because you do not know how much you are going to pay and you do not have time to withdraw it from the broker.

I have subscribed to Alpari
I have subscribed to Alpari , IQ Option and Binary Option copy trading (binary option trades) and on all three platforms only a fraction of real trades are copied. I regret having comittted to the 1-year plan for these three platforms. During 2020 I gave MT2 5 stars.

We are really sorry to hear that, however, you should know that the issue you might be facing is out of our hands.
All BO brokers offer a limited amount of money and options for each expiration, once these amounts are reached by the traders, you will no be longer able to enter the trade.
The only possible solution is to connect to a high internet connection, plus using an ethernet cable.
On the other hand, you can switch to VPS (not recommended for IQ). By doing this you increase the chances to be one of the first to enter the trade.

The trade is not getting placed in the exact time. It’s getting place either 1second before or 1 second after. It’s important to get placed exactly on time.

The issue you are experiencing is common. It is created due to the nature of multi-platform trading.
Allow me please to briefly explain the reason for the lag/delays that can sometimes appear:
Trading candles are created in MetaTrader ⅘ by ticks. After a new candle starts, there can be a 5 to 10 seconds delay before a low volatility market kicks in, gather up all the movements of the ticks and updates the candle.
Each tick represents a second. These seconds are gathered up, hence the lag.
This phenom is completely normal across all our supported brokers, and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it, for the time being.
