I had never order from this company....but I was glad that I did.First of all... I loved all the videos on Instagram showing me the different dresses and tops and pants .
They were gorgeous! I was a little skeptical but decided to give them a try. Loved the quality of the fabric.I ordered 2 different pants .I knew I would only choose one.I will say the return policy was different from all other vendors...but it worked for me...I got to exchange the pant for a different item and got to keep the pant...Brilliant.The customer service was very efficient.

So, I got the reply below. I don't understand what "security" concerns would be triggered by providing a return adress for the warehouse. At the very least, the company should be able to tell me what COUNTRY I would need to ship back to. And they STILL haven't answered whether I need to use a specific shipping company. If I can't figure out how much it's going to cost to return a dress, it's not worth the risk. And I really don't understand why I wouldn't be able to return my items to the same US address as their American customers. I understand that they aren't set up to provide shipping labels from outside the US. I'd be happy to pay for shipping to a US address. But why do returns shipped from the US get sent to a US address, but ones from Canada need to be sent to some mystery warehouse "overseas?"

The clothes look beautiful. I want to buy something. But I need to know how the outfits will look on MY body, as I am considerably larger than the models on the site. So I need to understand the return policy. I had a very bad experience with buying, and trying to return, fashions from another Asian company, so I am leery.
I live in Canada. It took about 4 emails for me to get the information that the company does not provide return shipping labels to customers outside of the USA. The policy states that international customers must return items to the "overseas warehouse." I wanted to know the return shipping address, and whether there is a specific shipping company I would need to use, so I could calculate the cost of return shipping.
After answering the company's question about my location, I got a reply telling me about shipping lables being provided for US customers and a link to the same policy I had asked my questions about. I feel like they are being evasive.
If it is this difficult to get a straight answer BEFORE the company has my money, how hard is it going to be to get money back AFTER a purchase?
I'm not saying the company is shady. I am saying their responses to-date have only increased my suspicions.

I never received my item. I had to email several times. I finally received an emailed saying my package was confiscated for fraudulent postage. I was issued a refund but was disappointed.

When giving them one star they denied saying I had to pay the return cost.

When I saw this dress, I was sure it would be great to wear to my son's wedding. However I wasn't sure which size to order. Customer service agent Sandra, helped by taking my measurements, including height and suggesting size medium. I accidently ordered the small, and realized my mistake. Maria corrected the order and changed the size to a medium. The dress and shrug arrived in short order and I was so excited to try it on. It fit perfectly; including length. I love it! Thank you for the help and a beautiful dress !

Bought two dresses from them. Both arrived in a timely fashion, and were well made. Found the second dress was not quite the right size - MSGlamor happily helped with the return and replacement. The dresses were bought for the events around a family wedding, and perfectly suitable to the occasion. Will definely purchase here again.

It has been a nightmire trying to return an order for a refund! There is no customer service phone number to call so you must text or email the company. I text the company 3 times then they suggested that I contact them by email. You must take a photo of the item, they will take a restocking fee, you must return within 30 days, you must spend money and time on shipping it back. Give me Amazon Prime any day!
