The security staff (Walter) kept us in the interrogation room over a fight in which we were only witnesses, to the point that we missed our flight. They were involved in this altercation, yet when we tried to explain the issue that happened to us, they completely ignored it and behaved in an almost insolent and arrogant manner.

🚨 Urgent Appeal to MSC Cruises 🚨

We fully paid for our cruise through the agency Star Croisières (réf: 64783405). Booking was confirmed, check-in completed… yet we never received our boarding passes. As a result, we are being excluded from the trip.

This was a dream we built with patience and sacrifice.

Today, we are devastated — we paid the full amount and have proof of payment.

Some cruise lines have allowed their customers to board by simply presenting their invoice.

MSC, we are appealing to your kindness and hoping for a compassionate solution so we don’t lose this once-in-a-lifetime moment.

The ship was lovely, the staff great but I was left very disappointed as there was no labelling telling you what was in the food as I’m gluten free (at the buffet), the dining restaurant did cater for this but I was left eating on my own , I think bringing out the food together so I could eat with my husband would be a good idea , really for the size of the ship I did except better

on a cruise on the msc lirica (Feb 2025) (my first on the fantasia, Feb 2024). one advice... run far from this shit. in order to get money during the low session, they open the ship to the scholar groups. that looks like a great idea, except... their rooms are in the same level as the people who are here for their holidays. as you can imagine, students about 10 to 17 years just want to make party and enjoy each minutes of their experience. on the ship they are rules, no pictures during the shows, forbidden to throw things on the sea (hopefully), forbidden to smoke outside specials areas... but nothing about respect and noise. Msc should put a warning on the sleeping areas... it sounds logic but not for Msc. so the students you could party at the discotheque but also in their rooms... so if you just want to dance all night and sleep during the day .. is perfect. but if you want a little rest to enjoy the excursion of the next day. forget Msc! when you just want to be known as the company who allows everything at the end it's just a mess. so if kids running and shooting at 1am is not a problem for you, go for Msc ... if it's... just run far away from Msc !

Hello, I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to share mine today. As I’m still on the ship for this last day after nearly a week, I fell ill on board as early as the second day—severe coughing, intense headaches, a blocked nose, fever, and loss of appetite. Yet, I’m someone with good hygiene, especially in places crowded with strangers; I wash my hands before eating, etc.

I went to the medical center, and at reception, I was told that the doctor's consultation fee was €100, not including additional costs for procedures and necessary medical supplies. I turned around and went to the pharmacy instead, where I bought throat syrup and strong ibuprofen. These helped reduce my fever temporarily, but it kept coming back, and the cough never went away.

I'm 27 years old, I rarely get sick, and I’ve always been active in sports, but this experience was extremely difficult, with sleepless nights due to the symptoms mentioned above. I’m sure that for most people, this experience is enjoyable, but for me, it unfortunately turned into a real nightmare…

We booked a cruise through Star Croisiers who book for MSC, can honestly say that we believe we have been scammed by a completely dishonest, thieving company devoid of any professionalism. They have absolutely no expertise, can not give accurate information and as for the customer care after sales, there is none. Please read all reviews before going through this cowboy company. WE are still awaiting our refund. Avoid at all costs go direct through MSC but do not use Star Crosieres

The seemingly settled company turned out to be scammers, big deceivers. I reserved a cruise and was immediately asked for a deposit, 4 months before the cruise departed. Due to personal circumstances, two weeks after I gave the money to these scammers, circumstances occurred to me that I intend to cancel the cruise. The operator impressively assured that the money would be returned and then I would be able to book a new cruise. I waited a month.. two.. nothing • I call them again, they again assure that the money is on the way. I wait a month again... I call and they tell me that they will not return anything to me, not a single cent, since this is in the rules. I was deliberately confused and deceived. I'm very disappointed
