I signed up and deposited £20.00 then I was redirected to my bank to authorise the £20.00 but the amount to authorise was 366.14 so I cancelled. All looks very dodgy to me

Does any one no we’re I can report this site it’s disgusting thay take your money but don’t pay out I’ve been waiting 46 days now and keep getting the same chat of them .

I have just signed up to the site, went through the deposit process of the minimum £40 with the promised new starter bonus on first deposit. A request was sent to my bank and they requested £709 for a £40 wallet. Immediate decline on that transaction, went straight to chat, asked them to close my account immediately due to fraudulent attempt...... advisor...... can I check your account....... account now closed.... chat ended.
I have reported this site to the European gambling association if it helps anyone save heartache.

Had a withdrawal of £200 which was my first one. I KYC verified and it went smoothly and money was in the bank within a week.

Second withdrawal I won a lot bigger and requested £1100 to be withdrawn on 16th January. It’s been stuck in processing ever since.

I won it on a sports accumulator. No bonus was played or accepted and I met all of their requirements (though in retrospect they are dodgy!)

Same reply as everyone gets on chat “be patient, wait longer, these things take time” and they close the chat before you can reply

Little to no reply on email and if they do it’s with the same response as above. They have no way of referring you to managers or finance and can’t give you any updates

It’s been 22 business days now and nothing. From what I can tell there is no appeal you can take it to and on more research their licence is none existence.

I’ll be messaging daily but it’s likely that I will have to write this off along with everyone else

UPDATE 15/02/2023 I managed to get hold of Mitch who contacted the finance department and emailed me this morning to say the withdraw had been “accepted” the status has also changed from “awaiting” to “accepted” on the website. Although I have not got funds yet, this is a positive sign!!!!

Update 22/02/2023 finally for my withdrawal. Won’t be playing there again though

I been waiting nearly a year for my winnings. 3 times they ended the withdrawal process only for me to try try try again. This is what i got for complaining all the time,

"The financial department reserves the right to prolong the process if necessary. Even so, I hope you won't have to wait much longer"

That's no good so please don't use this site because I very much doubt you will receive any of your winnings.

Still waiting for my £400 winnings after many live chats same old sent back it’s been 45 working days since I withdraw and that was the second time I had to do this first one was 6th November then had to re do it all in December still waiting has anyone actually got there money ??

I played over the Christmas period, deposited and won £5000. I have been waiting since the 5th January for this money and get the same responses such as it’s taking longer than usual, I have no say over the finance team, I can’t contact the finance team, I will send them an email for urgent review. You always get the same robotic reply from them. I am not holding out much hope of getting my money. After some careful research it seems they don’t have a gambling licence in the UK and it’s actually curaçao where they have a gambling licence but I will still be complaining to them about this site! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Something needs to be done about these scumbags . They are operating under various names ie. Winner. Winstler, rouge casino and I would say alot more tht I have not come across. They have no intention of paying out to anyone. They stop answering any email you send and fail to give any valid reason as to why they cannot complete withdrawal requests. I am in process of writing a detailed post about these lowlife and I am going to post it anywhere i can to stop these scumbags from ripping people off.

Avoid at all cost.I withdrew £600 which I have not received after 4 weeks. The initial response on the chat was " it takes 21 - 28 working days" but it's been well over that now they say they don't know how long it takes.

The site is a scam. Plain and simple.

Iv been waiting for my withdrawal of £4200 4 MONTHS. it was put back into my online account. They wanted my Iban and swift. I sent this straightaway. Iv now been waiting 5 weeks for this and all I get is the same answers.

Doesn’t deserve 1 star. Fortunately acquired £100 winnings to pass their withdrawal minimum limit; after depositing £20 and not using a bonus. The KYC process changed several times to slow the process down. You could withdraw via your card. When I entered this they rejected the withdrawal a week later due to a malfunction in their payment system. Wouldn’t explain what it was. In other words they had stopped paying out by card so I had to provide my banking details. They constantly pressured me with adverts to place more money, but if you look at the small print they can manipulate their terms to only one withdrawal at a time. My money did arrive this morning, but it was one month after my first application to withdraw. Had I accumulated any other winnings I would only be able to ask for the withdrawal today and
Wait a further month to receive it. Which could in fact be 2 months from the day it was won.

If you actually read all of their terms and conditions, then they are capable of refusing any withdrawal. In a sense I’m glad I didn’t win a large amount or they may well have done so. By looking at some of the other comments it would appear to be the case for other gamblers.

I wasn’t too bothered as I just wrote it off as a scam. In many respects it is. Any responsible gambling site has basic software to highlight suspicious activities. So the multiple checks they copy and paste through their customer service replies are basically lies. Often they just end the conversation when they can’t provide clarity other than…they are deliberately holding things up.

Don’t touch this site with a barge pole. They take your money in a second and try every way they can not to payout in a reasonable time. (3 days max would be a long time for me). They quoted to me that their payouts range 7-21 days but so not include weekends or bank holidays.

It is very clear that there are various morally incorrect practices going on with this site. But I’m not a lawyer, so wouldn’t be able to say if they were legal or not.

I had used this site for a while and not won anything, then won a big amount. I withdrew £1400 on the 2nd of December 2022, it is now the 20th of January 2023 and still not received my winnings. I have tried to send constant emails and been on the chat although the chat just gives same old robot responses, and had no reply from their email. Absolutely appalled as them winnings belong to me. *DO NOT USE*
