Had Mr Site hosting my small independant labels (hobby) online website for a good while now. Problems are resolved very quickly(although there are very very few) and we always get a courteous reply to any queries. They are always contactable and open to suggestions and i look forward to staying with them for a good while.

I really do struggle with the online instructions when using Mr Site especially since they migrated it for use with phones etc as they dont seem to refer to my site (!) However just had great help from my online chat with GeorgeSV in setting up my online shop. Many thanks!

I don't know how many more times I will hear the response "we're looking into it and your problems will be resolved soon " it's months since I've been able to use my my website. I hate to think how many sales and enquiries I have missed because I can't add new stock. I've been with mr site along time and it just gets worse.

brilliant help tonight from Athanas he led me through my online problems for nearly two hours and persevered until problem was solved guiding me remotely in the end cant thank him enough !!!

My Mr Site is just not working.The standard reply is that our Develpers are working on your problem !!
Two weeks later I still have the same problem.Whenever I wish to alter/add to a page i am logged out.
What am I to do ??

After more than ten years with Mr Site I'm sorry to say I'm moving providers. Nearly three weeks without a functioning Storefront is unacceptable. I was told last Monday that the site is now fixed and to check that it was working my end, only to find that the original problem of no functioning checkout, links not working, our logo missing and the mobile/tablet version has a completely different template, not to mention more than fifty images missing...whats going on? A real shame as the website when working looked good and worked well. Now I have the mammoth job of starting again.

So i decided to do a new website. I had used them before so went to them again. Things have changed. The person i spoke to through live chat to help me start up was great. He assured me i could do exactly what the old site could do so i paid my money. I even topped up my account within Mr Site as the man said i would be refunded if it didnt work. IT DIDNT WORK. THEY DIDNT REFUND ME. THE WEBSITE BUILDER COULD NOT DO WHAT I HAD DONE BEFORE (they changed the site saying is has the same and more options) IT DIDNT. I HAVE CANCELLED EVERYTHING AND THEY WOUKD NOT REFUND MY CREDIT. DONT USE. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER ONES OUT THERE FOR THE SAME PRICE. GOT BURNT ON THIS ONE. :(

Having absolutely no idea what I am doing as regards web site building I now have a website that I love! Mr site makes it all so easy and their online chat support system is very good! Very affordable too! I also like having total control over my site and not having to go to a web developer everytime I want to change something.

Athanas B was extremely helpful and most importantly patient with my lack of knowledge in website building. Thank you for your help, I hope not to need technical support again but if i do i know i will be well looked after.

I have had a mr site account for a long time, but had almost stopped using my website until now. I just had the most amazing support from a gentleman called Athanas. He was polite and would not go until all of my worries were delt with. He was in one word "AMAZING."
