Find MrSite by far the best website package they are so helpful they go out of their way to assist you help you from day 1. I have used their websites for over 10 years absolutely AMAZING customer support and a BRILLIANT WEBSITE for the money. The best money you ever spend and a great way to start a business.

I have just spent several hours trying to renew my yearly subscription, to no avail. Every time I click on "Pay Now" I'm sent back to the login page. I log in again, try to pay, and the same thing happens. When I tried to open a support ticket, the same thing happened again.

When I phoned technical support I was on hold, listening to music, for ages. I tried to contact Support by email, but they don't accept that. I received an automated reply telling me to open a Support Ticket. But when I try, as said above, the system logs me out. It's intensely frustrating, because I can't even contact them.

Any advice?

Mrsite is BRILLIANT I have just swapped from my old classic to essential and it was allot easier to build. It has great ways to have your page layouts and attaching videos, as well as the google maps and of course setting my shop up.

Fantastic. I really didn't think I would be giving a 5* star review for Mr. Site given the old site builder & look of that, but the new platform ,think it's called omnibuilder is smart clean & looks amazing ,simple drag & drop, etc .
The tec guys online Martin S. & Simeon H. were totally supportive & helpful in every respect, genuinely so nice & helpful.
I'm really pleased with the result, amazing & helpful customer service that obviously makes the difference when you need support, oh & a beautiful looking but thankfully far fewer templates, Quality not quantity.

I love Mr Site. I am over 50 and not too technical and the staff are always so professional and exemplary. I am fighting a social justice issue, so I have bought more than one website to change the appropriateness of its name. The Mr Site staff always support me and help me with getting started and they are just fantastic. Tonight, I'd like to thank Athanas B for just being wonderful. Thank Heaps Athanas. You are a real asset to Mr Site. I remember over a year ago, the boss (Tom) telling me on the phone that you are one of his best technicians. I wish you all the best! Michael :-)

They do not answer the phone or emails, all I get is music. I renewed the site via paypal last month and now the site and mail has been removed. I cannot get the support ticked as my account has been de activated. Are they still in business?
Monday. Received the reply on here but still unable to get any reply from my mail and the phone just plays music or as once I did get through I was waiting nearly an hour till my phone went flat. Please contact me on the email I mailed on or give me a different number to call.
Tuesday now...all they do is send a standard reply, clearly they have not read my email. The phone plays continuous music still and their chat line has no one in available to respond. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!
Finally PayPal made a refund as mrsite did not respond to them either...madness

Have been trying to phone them for over a week as I have questions about my renewal that I would like to talk to someone about. Phone goes straight to on hold music and no matter how long I wait no one answers.

I would not recommend this Company.
Their Support is a joke.
If you ring their telephone support line you just get music!!
They never respond to Support Tickets or emails.
Their "Chat with us on Line" never seems to be available despite saying they are available between 9am - 8pm GMT.

Cannot contact them by phone. Several of their nos are unavailable. There is one that charges 50p a minute mentioned but not prepared to use that. Seems like a very unprofessional situation.

Service has been brilliant, very fast response and with solutions that have solved my issues. Couldn't ask for more.

I have a problem I need to resolve but every time I try to do anything on the site I just get sent straight back to the login.

I tried to answer the email I was sent but had an automated reply saying that there was no ticket for this email and to open one. I tried to open one and was sent straight back to login.

I have tried live chat but there are no operators available. I have tried phoning and get cut off without it even ringing.

We have been a customer of Mr.Site for over 10 years, we have had absolutely no complaints. We recently sought assistance with Mr. Site support to import and link domains to our website www.dashhomecollection the whole experience was a pleasure. The agent Athanas, was endless patient and completed the task for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Site.

Just had a very long conversation (chat) with support - and although I didn't end up where I was hoping to get to, the advisor was really patient and helpful and I'm really happy with where I've ended up, and the help they were willing to give.

Emails have stopped working, why don't you answer the phone???? No agents to chat to, no one replies to emails.

Used to be a good company

Has mr site closed down or something?
Everytime I have a problem and try to get in touch I'm on the phone for 2 hours waiting for them to pick up and noone ever does. When I try to chat online on the support there's never any agents.
We can't make changes to our website because everytime we click to build website it just comes up with a blank screen and nothing can be done about it because we can't get through to anyone!

The support team is superlative - endlessly patient and polite and professional. I would not be live on Google if it weren't for them. They all deserve a bonus and Champagne. Marvellous people.

I moved to MrSite from another provider a couple of months ago, and not being too techie have found some of the functions hard to do. Although, the on-line support is AMAZING. Today I had 4 queries, which Athanas dealt with and sorted for me. Let just say I'm on the support frequently!!

Once I got used to drag & dropping text and file boxes, I was away. Setting up new pages is easy and I can work on them before I put them 'live'. This is great as I have offers throughout the year, so can get them ready before I need to.

The only downside is my facebook page isn't open on the about page, like it was with my old provider, clients need to click on the link button.

As a new website and if you are on a budget this is a good place to start and I'm sure as I get more techie, I will get more out of my website.

I've had my website with MrSite for nearly 10 years and have been very happy with their service. I am no technical whiz but find their packages very easy to use – turned to them when I got baffled by the packages offered by BT! Whenever I've had a problem they have always been most helpful, whether by email, phone or live chat. Most recently, I needed to switch my website from one package to another and a very helpful support person, Athanas, sorted it via live chat there and then – I had been getting quite stressed about how to get it done, and he was very reassuring and made all very easy. Thank you so much!

I've had a website with Mr. Site for a few years now, and although there are elements of the building process that seem frustrating, I think that is true of all build-your-own sites. My slightly technophobic tendancies mean I have had to have many a chat with the the 'help' team. George Dakov has the patience of a saint, and sorted every difficulty I had. Athanas has been brilliant help too, using the 'ticket' system. I have recommended friends in the past to use this site (especially novices), and I still would.

I am building a brand new website using Mr Site. I am very happy with the way I received support every time I needed. They were quick to answer and very helpful to make it work for me.
