Ordered a high bed for my daughter easy enough through the website and shortly after received some confirmation emails for this. After that it went pretty quiet until I heard from the delivery driver 2 weeks later to arrange a convenient delivery. Really great delivery driver who phoned 2 days before and then also text with an estimated time the day before and an accurate drop time on the day. Building the products is definitely time consuming but the instructions are easy enough to follow and come with contact info to call if there are any problems. We had a mark on one of our panels and the company offered to send a replacement part the same day so the issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The product itself once built is what you would expect for the money, not perfect but a great value storage/sleeping solution.

Bought a cabin bed for my son. Really pleased with the quality and my boy loves it. Highly recommend this as well worth the money.

Prompt accurate information sent when I placed the order, and delivery arrangements were civilised. normal lead time I would say, and the bed arrived well packaged. instructions were no WORSE than most flat packed furniture i.e. you're always going to have some bits that just don't make sense! Hey, Mrs Flatpack - why don't you record videos of the bed construction and post them on Youtube? I doubt it would take all that long, you could edit out the expletives when you hammer your thumb ;) The bed was reasonably priced, and reasonable quality for the price. I am happy, would use this company again without hesitation.

Devastated with the purchase! Absolute piece of crap bed. £260 down the drain. The bed has not been used and is sitting on my loft. Wish I had taken my complaint further and got a refund. The quality of the bed is apalling, it started chipping all over the place when we were putting it together. The instructions are useless and bits were missing that we had to wait for to be delivered separately.

I ordered the Calder High Sleeper. Delivery took a couple of weeks but we received an apology email for this and plus, we weren't in a hurry for it. There were 4 huge heavy boxes and at first, it seemed a little daunting however, we found the instructions very easy to follow and understand. All the pieces were labelled so were easy to locate. It took us almost a full day to put together but we simply didn't have the room to lay all the pieces out and had to keep running downstairs to get another piece.

I have to say it looks absolutely amazing and my 12 year old is thrilled to bits with it. The wardrobe is more spacious than I thought and the desk area is great. It is excellent quality and not at all flimsy or cheap looking MDF.

The only small suggestion I would make is maybe to provide something to go on the ladder steps - my son says it hurts his feet a little bit when he climbs up it. But this is not big problem and I can easily put some foam or something on to prevent this. Maybe provide some rubber strips or some form of non slip padding so you can add it if you want?

I would have no problem in recommending this product and this company to anyone.

This was delivered in good time, the couriers used were communicative and accommodating, and kept me updated throughout the delivery process; even taking pictures of where the delivery was and covered it from the weather in a safe place. The actual item was extremely well made, very heavy and sturdy - no cheap mdf rubbish.
Instructions were clear and in English! And all the parts were supplied.
Would most definitely purchase from this company again when the need arises.

Its nearly 1 month since making the order and no delivery yet. after promising a Saturday delivery, left a message on my phone saying they can't do that...shameless and pathetic service...
also keeps telling lies, claims they did not receive my email although replied using the same email i communicated few times back and forth...ridiculous and non sensical company... i regret placing order with them

I have had nothing but a bad experience with this experience with this company.
We ordered our bed, after reading good reviews about this company.
To say we are disappointed, would be a complete under estimation.
After 10 working days, we found ourselves in the alleged 5 % of customers that don't receive their bed within this time frame. but thought nothing of it as nothing wrong with being in 5%.
However being inquisitive, we phoned just to see whether they could tell us, when the bed would be delivered. To which a lovely lady told myself that the bed would be delivered on time and was with dispatch. Unfortunately she could tell us when but that dispatch would call us 48 hours prior to it being delivered.
We waited until the thirteenth day but had no phone call, so I made a call to them. I was then told by another sales assistant, that the bed would not be delivered on time at all.
This is where it all started to go wrong. i was told that the bed could be delivered just not all of it. The blue doors which were made to order, or so i was told at the time! Could not be delivered due to a delivery mistake from their suppliers. So they were to deliver the bed without cupboard or draw fronts. I was assured that this would be delivered the following week at the latest. I was told that the bed was still safe to sleep on and that the parts to follow would not affect its stabilty or strenght. So afer the bed being delivered by the rudest delivery driver ever. I came home to build the bed.
The following week still no doors or draws. Then after waiting for 16 days the doors and draws finally turned up. Hooray or so we thought, but tis was not the case. All the doors and draws where scratched to peices. The packing would have been better completed by my ten year son. There was no protection what so ever.
Totally disgusted and frustrated i phoned and told Jamie to complain. All he was interested in was sending my new doors and draws and having them delivered the next day. Wait a minute, they only order those doors from their suppliers, when they get a order and dont stock them i was told.
At this point a little frustrated. I just want my money back and the bed collected. under the circumstances i feel this is acceptable.. NOO!!! it is not apparently, because i cant have put thte bed up now.
Yet they told me to build the bed and my doors would be there in a couple of days,so of course i built it. Its not my fault that they have sent me a completely sub-standard end product.
All they are offering for the inconveinance is my order being sent tomorrow.
Could not be more frustrated or disapointed with this company.

I purchased a Cambridge High Sleeper and I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of the bed. The instructions are comprehensive and it goes together really well. I built it on my own which was an experience as you really need two people to be able to stand it up and tighten the bolts and it did take a while.

There was one broken part within the pack, these things happen. I contacted Mrs Flatpack and without any fuss the replacement part was delivered to my home by courier. Great service.

Overall, I'm really pleased with the bed and my daughter absolutely loves it.

Very quick delivery. We are super impressed with the quality of the mid sleeper bed with wardrobe, desk, shelves and drawers underneath. The price is also great. My daughter loves her new bed and now she has loads of open space in her room. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy good quality beds that will last and excellent value. Great Service, great product.

We ordered via Ebay and were informed of the expected delivery date, which was within the time stated on the Ebay listing. On the day of delivery we received a phone call from the driver telling us of the delivery time. The delivery driver was exceptional, he helped carry the 5 heavy boxes and advised on which boxes contained which parts, which box to leave until last and which box contained the instructions and fittings. The bed itself is well made, quality material and well finished, certainly good value for money. Plenty of fittings with a few to spare as some always seem to go missing. The instructions were easy to follow, I built it on my own in about 5 hours - I would rate myself as competent when it comes to 'flatpack' and I'd say an electric screwdriver is a must unless you have forearms like Popeye. An assistant comes in handy with occasional help holding bits while I nipped up the screws. My 6 year old daughter loves her new bed, it's a big, tall bed but the wardrobe is huge and the drawers are deep. Not suitable for cottages with low ceilings!

I recently purchased a child's cabin bed from Mr Flat pack.
The bed was exactly what we wanted for our 9 year old. She loves the bed.
The communication during the purchase and time up to the delivery was perfect and much appreciated. The delivery was much earlier than originally stated, which was fantastic.
The delivery driver was efficient and very polite.
I would not hesitate in ordering other items from this company and would recommend them to anyone. 100% service all the way.
