ORDER DELIVERY DATE

I placed an order on 2/16/26 and was expecting it to be delivered by the 19th. Spoke to the customer Rep. and he explained that i should have seen the email stating the delivery was pushed back because the company actually put the order on 2/17/26. I explained to him that i trusted the date that was originally given to me and just saw that the order was confirmed. He made sure to make me feel it was my fault for trusting Mrs. Fields emails and not reading the fine print. I suggest that there is in bold letters stating "YOUR ORDER WONT BE DELIVERED UNTIL THIS DATE"

Purchased 2 boxes of these cookies at…

Purchased 2 boxes of these cookies at Ollie's because of the price. Do not let the box fool you, they are tiny. Open the box, cookies are wrapped in a nice big sleeve fitting in about 4th of the bag. One bite it's gone. What an absolute joke !

I purchased 2 tins for my receptionist…

I purchased 2 tins for my receptionist and they never received them. Mrs. Fields states they did but will not provide the proof from Fed Ex and Fed Ex says it must come from them. I am out the money and no cookies. Not impressed at all. Will go elsewhere to send cookies.

We placed a large order (over $500)…

We placed a large order (over $500) with Mrs. Fields to send cookies to our clients as gifts. During checkout, it indicated that a note or message would be included with each delivery so recipients would know who the cookies were from.
However, when the cookies were delivered, none of our clients knew they were from us. We later learned that recipients were apparently expected to scan a QR code to see the message, but this was never clearly communicated to us as the sender, nor was it obvious or noticeable to the recipients. Several clients either didn’t see a QR code at all or didn’t know to scan it.
Unfortunately, this completely defeated the purpose of sending client gifts, as no one knew who sent them. The cookies themselves were fine, but the gifting experience and communication process was very disappointing. If messages are only accessible via QR code, that needs to be made extremely clear to both the purchaser and the recipient.

Order placed on 12/15/25 for delivery…

Order placed on 12/15/25 for delivery on/before 12/22/25. Called on 12/23/25, order was not even processed. Spoke w Supervisor who said their shipping/distribution company changed. She would request expedited shipment by calling distribution for delivery on 12/26/25. Called on 12/26/25, order still not processed, spoke w Stacey/Supervisor and was told a replacement order would get fed x'd should get there Saturday, she was transparent about their distribution ctr issues...E for effort, but still very frustrating - several days late post Xmas.

No communication and where is my order?????

Placed online order 12/11/25 and a delivery date of 12/15/25 was assigned at checkout.
I received an email with the order number. I waited until the delivery date until I checked and saw the order was never even confirmed let alone delivered.
Sending an email request for info is useless. Customer call center was a 30 min hold only to be told the agent "will refer to a supervisor" who is to email me later (?).
I have a feeling this order won't even make it before Christmas.

The worst company to work with when…

The worst company to work with when doing a fund raiser. They never shipped out my cookies. I had to reach out to them to find out what’s going on and they gave some excuse that they don’t ship to a business. Someone should have reached out to me and told me but now going on over 2 months and I’m still waiting.. customer service stinks!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered cookies for a funeral gift after I paid for the order it said it would come a week after the funeral What will I do with cookies I called the company within an hour and asked if there was any way to get them sooner they told me they went out already REALLY are you kidding me it was less than an hour DON'T GET FOOLED WITH THIS COMPANY

Sugar Overload

I received a tin of Mrs. Fields assorted cookies. They were awful! They were loaded with excess sugar and had an unhelathy, chemical taste. I would be embarassed to send her cookies as a gift to anyone.

Ordered a cheese and tomato toastie…

Ordered a cheese and tomato toastie from the airport joint! Came back like a pancake! Burnt bread and hardly any cheese! $8.70 ! Any joints which make toasties and charges well above $5 should be using the right bread, Pana Di Casa! Not cheap skinny white loaf bread which becomes like a pancake in a sandwich press!!

I placed an order from my granddaughter…

I placed an order from my granddaughter fundraiser. I never got the order. I called and the were rude and left several vm's. I had to keep calling to get a hold of someone. When I did they were not helpful and will never order from them again.

I ordered many tins for New Year's…

I ordered many tins for New Year's gifts on 12/23/24. After typing in all of the addresses (took a long time) and paid for them, it told me they would be delivered 1/1-1/5. I wasn't happy they needed so much time to ship them, but since I had just spent a lot of time ordering them, I didn't cancel the order. They came straggling in all throughout the month of January, and 2 of them had the address chopped in half by their system. One never even made it, and I had to call to have a replacement sent. NEVER AGAIN.

Poor customer service, unreasonable shippoing charges

I recently had the same experience as the others have posted here. I ordered cookies for "expedited shipping" at a charge of $14.95. The order date was 12/16/24 with a delivery date of 12/19/24. The confirmation email came saying the delivery date was going to be 12/26/24. Since the order had already gone through and charged to my card, I did not cancel it and decided I would call the company after Christmas to find out why $14.95 is really not a expedited shipping. I called and waited, and waited for a live person. Finally the call was answered by a customer service rep named Nicky. She needs to go to customer service school as her manner was quite confrontational, she did not listen to me, and in fact, talked over me as I was trying to speak. Now the bigger problem became the company's customer service department's behavior. I requested a manager and received a call back from a manager. I explained why I had called, questioned the $15.95 charge for expedited shipping that wasn't expedited, and complained about the customer service rep's attitude. I was told I misunderstood the shipping charge and that $14.95 is charged for all orders. I was also told that I had received a confirmation email stating that I had selected 12/26/24 as a delivery date. I don't think any of that was correct but i could have been wrong. What is unacceptable is the customer service rep's attitude and behavior that does not represented the company well at all. I have used Mrs. Field's for business gifts but I will not anymore. There are other companies, including local companies, that charge far less and deliver better customer service.

Can't deliver product

Purchased almost $100 worth of cookies on 12/16. Delivery date given as 12/19 and shipping confirmation email promised. 12/20 no shipping confirmation, but charge posted to credit card 12/17. Web site tracking only shunted me to empty cart and had no information on my order. Spent over 30 minutes waiting for customer service to answer phone. "Delivery problems at the warehouse" and delivery by Chirstmas NOT guaranteed. This company cannot deliver on its product but is lightning fast in taking your money.

Mediocre too sweet cookies with no…

Mediocre too sweet cookies with no flavor. Got it by mail as a gift, tried all then threw them away. One was a big sugar cookie with gobs of frosting and
Absolutely no taste. Others tasted like cheap packaged from the grocery shelves.

This company is a disgrace

This company is a disgrace. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone..ever.

I’m trying to track an order because the email o gave was wrong and so when o pushed the appropriate dept it said high call volume hold time 40 minutes.

So o called back and pushed 1 to place an order hoping someone may answer.

No such luck. These disgusting people had a message there are 3 callers ahead of you the wait time is 24 minutes.

Be cautious of this despicable company. Now I have to hold for what they now as I’m writing this say there are 2 callers ahead and the wait is 26 minutes.

How the heck is the hold time now up to 26 minutes with 2 callers and there was a 24 minute wait with 3 people?

I’m livid right now, these people are bottom of the barrel.

Purchased multiple shipments for myself and 2 gifts for friends.

Mrs. Fields uses the cheapest UPS transport - 3 days or more yet CHARGES EXHORBITANT FEES FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

All shipments arrived HOT having been stored in un-airconditioned UPS facilities and vans.

Staff at Customer Service ARE EXTREMELY RUDE.

$200+ wasted.

I am a disabled Senior Citizen. They should be treating ALL Customers politely.

I WILL NEVER, EVER PURCHASE FROM MRS. FIELD AGAIN.

BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered a gift basket on 6/30 with…

I ordered a gift basket on 6/30 with ground shipping and got a confirmation for 7/5 delivery Wednesday 7/3 I get a email shipper changed delivery to 7/8 so I called them. Nothing they can do it was shipped to my friends dad's house which he just passed away. Family will be there for the weekend. Monday 7/8 the house will be empty and left sitting on the porch. 54$ in wasted treats... staff there is very rude I will not shop with them again. BEWARE!
