Absolute crap. Ordered 2 white chairs cost me $1000 with postage. Sent video and photos to show it was blue/grey colour. Had marks on one of the chairs and seat cushion wasnt filled properly. To return was told i had to pay $170 each chair and would not be refunded until tge chair was received. They told me to sell them. Havent been able to sell even for massively reduced price.

Ordered in February two beige chairs with two beige pillows.
Received two blue chairs with two blue pillows in April. One zipper was broken. Fabric of one chair was already ripped because of the matel frame inside. Not comfortable to sit on since you feel the metal frame! Overall: Very poor quality

Complained. Wanted to send back (wrong color, defect, poor quality). Only possible if I pay the shipping to China which would have been about 150£ and money will only be reefunded once the chair arrived.

So I agreed upon replacement of the covers.

Waited until August. Asked where the shipping is. They checked. Finally I got a tracking number in September (never got one before!). Package arrived Mid September. Content: one beige pillow. Asked them for the remaining replacements… they sended me the tracking number… the old one from September. Since than I am asking on an almost daily basis and do not get any reply!
This compamy, it‘s products and it’s service is ridiculous!

The chair that arrived looking nothing like the one advertised. It’s basically a cushioned lawn chair. For what these cost it’s absolutely insane. ALSO it arrived totally bent, 3 months later and falling out of the shipping box and when I tried to get a refund or replacement they agreed to a “partial refund” because the arm folded down so therefor it’s still “fully functional”? these MFs. Horrible. I can’t put this chair in my living room. Its feet are wobbly cuz the entire left side is bent upward 😂

Another March order, still have not received. Every time I ask about a refund they just point to global shipping delays and “now we wait!”. Absolutely horrible and complete waste of money.

Please do not Order this ! It’s a total scam .. Coming out of China …. The chair is a total pos. The legs do not even screw on .I really wish ppl like this could be held responsible .. 400$ is a lot of money for a total scam.But I’m sure they have closed up shop and moved to the next scam

I am impressed that it’s a very decent size, pretty color, comfy and versatile. I thought it was a scam at first but it’s not, although it took more than 3 months to arrive. I think it’s worth waiting for. It’s not super quality but serves the purpose well.

March order - still no order. What a scam!! Reporting to BBB.

I only gave one star because there is no other lower rating. RIP OFF! rough material, such cheap manufacturing! legs are collapsing with less than 3months of use. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY like I did.

I sure wish I had seen these reviews before shelling out $400. Can't wait for my chemical-smelling, badly stuffed, child-sized lounge chair....
The chat is a complete joke: "our representative has stepped away for awhile...." I'll bet....

Overpriced and disappointing. I spent £241 plus £54 import tax for a chair that came with an invoice from China for £149! Total lies in the ‘about us’ section on the website. Really strong chemical smell. Designed for a child. Feels and sounds like a garden chair when converting, which however is a pointless feature! Returning it will cost me just as much as purchasing it!

Absolute scam. Would fit a child if you can overcome smell of disgusting chemicals.
The shipping isn’t free. The returns and full refund isn’t doable either as I d have to pay £70 to have it shipped back to China. They made out it was from America.
Paid £70 to have it delivered although stated this was free. Just feel robbed. It’s a glorified beach chair for a kid. …. But given the metal is sticking out I would sit a child on it either.
Right into the bonfire for this piece of garbage ( since I can’t swear here grrr ) .

I have waited almost 2 months for this chair and all I have gotten is excuse after excuse. They claim they are an American company. I have asked for a refund from them several times and they said that the chair was in transit and they could not refund me. The excuse is the lockdown in China. I just received an order that came from China and it took 2 weeks to be delivered to me.
I believe they are a scam company and I am going to report the to the Better Business Bureau.

This company ships their items "postage due". You will have to pay an ADDITIONAL $100 plus to receive your package. This is despite their site saying EXPLICITLY that there is "free shipping".

False advertising as this chair was much smaller than expected. It's low to the ground and fits a child. It also has a strong chemical odor. To return it, it's required to be mailed back to China with paying your own shipping and must be returned within 30 days. Customer service informed me that it will be expensive to return - $140 or more. It will take about two months to be returned to China which makes sense considering it took eight weeks to get to the U.S.
