Bad description. Arrogant reponce
I paint furniture fronts. I am a beginner in working with alcohol inks. I bought epoxy resin and Pinata brand inks. The product description stated that I could use these inks for drawings on cured epoxy resin. To my horror, the inks formed clumps. Since the seller did not specify in the product description which solvent I should use with these inks, I had to do a lot of experimenting. I bought 70% isopropanol, 99% isopropanol, and ethanol. I studied many articles and video tutorials on how to work with alcohol inks, and everywhere it was said to use isopropanol. Every time the result was awful: dirt, clumps, sediment, bubbles. But it turned out that Pinata inks are some special ethanol-based inks! And they require some special solvents. None of this was considered necessary by Mr. Boat to indicate in the product description. To my repeated questions - why don’t you sell the solvent together with the inks and which solvent should I use for proper work, I received a very arrogant and unprofessional answer: buy other inks. And this is after I spent a small fortune on buying resin and inks from this company. The customer service is just terrible. I am very disappointed with my efforts that were wasted and the large amount of money thrown away just because the employees of this company are too lazy to ask the supplier how these inks work and to write a professional product description.

UPD: After a lengthy correspondence where I had to repeatedly explain that I was using the inks not for mixing with epoxy resin but for painting on a glossy surface, I finally received the answer that I need to use Claro extender. Why this was not mentioned in the product description and why Mr. Boat sells the inks but not the only possible solvent for working with them is beyond me. If they had included just one single line about this in the product description, it would have saved me over 400 euros and spared me from this terrible stress of redoing my work and constantly placing new orders for their products and products from other suppliers. I feel exhausted, drained, and unhappy with the result I have achieved.

Excellent, should be a role model for internet shops
Properly made website with all the necessary information one could need for the products they offer.
Epoxy is very good quality.
My second order they made an mistake with sending a wrong product, after a short call with a pleasant customer service, they sent me the correct product, told me to keep the wrong one for free, for next project and gave a 5 euro bonus for next order and both orders arrived in a day. I rarely write reviews but this is just an amazing service, deserving the HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS!!! Thanks
