I want to leave a very positive review for Mr Unique Tyre & Exhaust Centres regarding a recent issue with my Peugeot.
My car had a camshaft chain problem linked to Recall MXL, and although Peugeot initially indicated it was not covered, the team at Mr Unique didn’t just accept that. Ian, who was my main point of contact, was particularly helpful throughout and kept me informed at every stage.
They took the time to properly investigate the issue, gathered evidence, and went back and forth with Peugeot and the warranty provider to push for the correct outcome.
While my car was off the road, they later arranged a courtesy vehicle, which was very helpful.
Thanks to their persistence and professionalism, the repair was eventually approved and completed with no cost to me.
It’s rare to find a garage that genuinely advocates for the customer like this. I really appreciate the effort they put in and would highly recommend them.
