Excellent experience selling camera…

Excellent experience selling camera gear. Really easy to register items and get immediate quote. Quote offered was very fair. Brilliant communication from them throughout the process. Really impressed that they increased offer once they received my items and checked them over. Money was in my account within a couple of hours of me accepting increased offer. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

I've only used MPB three times since…

I've only used MPB three times since joining their mailing list a couple of weeks ago but have been really pleased with the condition of the Canon flash, filter and camera bag I've bought.
Postage via their DPD Next Day has been just that............so far all next day, even a Friday purchase that was expected on Monday was delivered on Saturday............top service, delivery and communications throughout, so definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After receiving a quote

After receiving a quote, I sent in my camera. They received the camera in good time, and informed straight away. They then sent an email indicating they will evaluate the camera and give me a final price quote. A couple of days later I received an email indicating they will not be buying it. No reason given in the email. Later I saw that they had indicated that it had an "error code".. No explanation of what the error code was. The camera I sent was in perfect operating order, and I received it back in perfect operating order. No error codes or any other problems.. I can only conclude that they didn't need another model of my camera in their stock.. Then why give me a quote, and ask me to send it to them... I took the risk, and they wasted my time. Better to find a local shop that deals in secondhand cameras. I no longer can trust MPB, nor should you.

MPB is the best place to buy used camera gear

Excellent experience, 1st time buy from MPB, got a brilliant deal on a used Canon 80D with Sigma 18-200mm lens. I called MPB for extra advice and the operator was fantastic, very informative and helpful.

Next time I need more camera gear, MPB will be the 1st place I check.

Excellent and quick customer service

I have sold and bought from Mpb before and can say that on my most recent purchase I made an error on checkout - but rest assured the personal touch from Mpb put my mind at rest and especially from sales contact Sam, who responded quickly to resolve the issue - now the happy owner of a quality lens that’s fits my mirrorless camera - Thank you

... customer service has shut down ...

I have shopped at MPB several times before, and they have always impressed me.HOWEVER, something must have gone wrong over there. This time, I am very disappointed.I purchased two items and ordered Express delivery, which they promise will arrive within 1–2 business days. A week later, the package has not even been shipped yet. Unfortunately, I cannot wait any longer and have been forced to make other arrangements.Consequently, I have written to them both via email and multiple times through their chat to cancel my purchase, but I am receiving no reply. It is as if their customer service has shut down completely. The money (a relatively large amount for me) is still pending/authorized on my account.Not good enough.

Untrustworthy descriptions. Avoid.

I purchased a lens from MPB. The description listed all the items included. Among the listed items was the original packaging and documentation. When I received the lens those items were not included. I reached out to support and they claimed those items were not in the listing. I sent them a screenshot clearly showing that they were indeed listed. Support simply shrugged, told me the didn't have them and to go away. Don't trust the listings. Don't trust the company. You would get more accurate listing and better buyer protections at an auction site. Go elsewhere

I cannot fault the whole procedure from…

I cannot fault the whole procedure from beginning to end. They took a little longer than expected to value my gear but kept me informed. The final offer was slightly higher than originally indicated and payment was by return, and really quick, excellent all round. Will definitely use again and highly recommend them.

Wouldn't hesitate to do business with MPH.COM

I sold a couple of lenses to MPB and it was a pleasurable experience. Not only was their quote better than their competitors, but, they quickly sent a pre-paid label, kept me informed of the process and offered a higher purchase price after receiving and reviewing the equipment. Best of all, they electronically placed the money in my checking account. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
