I was contacted by someone called Terry regarding my application. However, the way the whole thing was handled was not a great experience. I was told that she would get back to me last Thursday by the end of that day. Then it comes round to the next day and still no update. I understand that people get busy, but even after that she never got back to me. It has been a whole week, and I was informed me that I had an interview this week. A whole week passed and that interview never took place because I was never sent any information about dates. It is one thing when the application process can be delayed or the hiring manager decided that I was not a right fit after reading my CV. But it is another when you do not keep candidates fully informed. I would have rather been if I was not successful after they read my CV. Even if it would have made me disappointed. It is better to make someone disappointed than keep them waiting for a long time with the thought that they have an interview coming up, but then getting their hopes up and wasting their time. This is something your company and Terry should consider in the future. Unfortunately, the lack of communication is very telling and unprofessional.

Sometimes you run out of words to express your emotions. But all i would say is Moxe came in my life like a God father and not just found me a job but made sure that i get the job because they saw the spark in me.
