This is a scam company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They will quote you a moving price and once the movers arrive, they will quote you double. This is how they operate. They will try to sound as though they care when you voice your concern but they will only offer you 100 dollars to rectify the situation. Do not higher these scammers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company is the most dishonest bunch of people I've ever encountered. I got upset about the price they quoted me and told them I would be using a different moving company than them for the items not included in my original quote. Never in my life would I have thought that a business could or would retaliate against a single customer. They told me that they could move nothing for the $1400 deposit I put down and the deposit was nonrefundable. So I proceeded with the move. I had agreed to a 2-day window for pickup. The movers showed up and loaded less than 1/3 of the items on the contract before seeming to say that I had used up all of the cubic footage allowed. They did not communicate when my delivery date would be. I kept calling every day because delivery was supposed to be the next day. They claimed the 2 day window also applied to delivery and it would be 2 days later. Then they told me it would be up to 8 days. Five days later my furniture was finally delivered. I still had to pay the remaining amount due on the original contract before they would even unload my things and were holding my belongings hostage. I paid $3k and they picked up and delivered less than a third of what that money was supposed to cover.

Despite these difficulties, we still made the decision to issue you a $500 refund as a customer service accommodation in an effort to address your concerns and demonstrate our commitment to resolving the matter. You still wrote this review after you received that refund, which is unfortunate.
Helpful when things don’t go as planned
We had some hiccups working with move safe relocation but after sending an email, Hailey responded quickly and kindly helping us out!!! She was a gem. Definitely an asset to their company. Thank you Hailey!!!!!

Terrible experience! The people who packed and loaded my belongings stole a lot of stuff. They also did not pack my property the way they promised and many items were damaged. On top of that, they left many items behind!

I asked for a quote and the AI bot lied to me and told me that the DOT required a phone call for a quote. No doubt for a high pressure sales call. When I called it out they said that it was a miscommunication and that they say that to get a phone call. No thank you. If you lie to me on the first interaction, why would I trust you with moving.

If there was a “ZERO” I would have put that down ..my experience was horrible! I was quoted one price and ended up paying a price almost double and only moved 1/3 of my belongings! I had to buy a trailer and made 2 trips, with my truck, from Delaware to Michigan.. I was so made at not checking the reviews FIRST!how can anyone give this despicable company a 5 star rating unless the moving was within the state.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I gave 4 stars because I ended up not needing to use MoveSafe because my move was canceled so I didn't go through the entire process. I dealt with Robbie R. when planning my move and he was very nice and explained everything clearly.
