Utility Concierge made the process of transferring and setting up utilities at my new home a breeze. A simple 20 minute phone call with the representative took care of what normally is 2-3 hours of internet research, customer service calls, installation scheduling, etc... Everything worked smoothly, and I could not have been happier with the service.

My rep. Christopher was amazing. He went over the pros and cons of each company and asked about my needs and lifestyle to make sure I my services were personalized for me.

Dayton, my concierge was amazing. He made everything quick and asked all the right questions to find exactly what I was looking for. I think my favorite part is that he set up a time for my internet and home security system to be installed instead of doing hours of research.

John Paul Saenz was the absolute best at helping me get set up with the new house! Absolutely deserves a raise because he not only was quick with service but established a great relationship and wanted to help me sincerely. Phenomenal

alex did a terrible job, he sent the incorrect documents for signature and then didn’t correct it until after the documents expired. then he took forever to send the right one. when i got the right one and signed it, he scheduled the singular utility that he managed for an impossible time. he scheduled the set up for a time before we were even set to close. then when i tried to call him he wouldn’t answer and someone else answered and was no help. horrible experience, all he did was give me information i already knew and failed to set up my wifi. if i could leave zero stars i would.

Knowledge of products, customer service experience

Well, the people were kind and friendly but my internet has not gone well. They could not get the AT&T schedule for a li g time and then when they did it was setup as self install. That didn’t work because someone needs to come out and connect some wiring after a li g time on the phone with them. I did t ask for self install and nobody asked me if I wanted it. So I’m paying for internet that I don’t have yet.

Very helpful with setting up utilities. I’m afraid I would have forgotten if it weren’t for Aaron and his team. Thank you!

Moving is a difficult time in people’s lives, you have multiple things to cross out on your list yo do. With the help of the concierge service it went by like a breeze I basically sat back and they made the list for me. They found numbers of who I need to contact to get things done. This company is phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone who I know is moving. Samantha, my concierge assistant took a-lot of stress off my hands and i appreciate that! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It’s also completely free! When you accept this service just know your in good hands!!
