Unable to get anyone on the phone to get any information. Promised the world and got nothing.

Outstanding customer service! Christopher and Adriane at Move Concierge helped my wife and I get our services connected to our new home, consulted on and provided support through the process of finding a security system and also connected us with a solar company to evaluate our property. There are many services they offer and at every step I have found Christopher and Adriane to be very supportive and helpful, completely streamlining the process of connecting all of the services needed for a new home. I highly recommend Move Concierge services!

It was well explained and very helpful in setting up the new services at our house. Given all the other things we needed to coordinate it was nice to have a few things researched and done for us.

They gave me all the utilities I needed to contact to get turned on in my name so it will be ready to move in on closing day.

Very professional and knowledgeable

Just a selling point for home security. Didn't have any of the proper contacts for utility hookups, and it was easier to find them myself. They did get my internet sent over for my first day in the home, but otherwise, it just seemed like a gimmick for selling home security.

Michael was very knowledgeable and patient with me. It was such a pleasure to work with him and Move Concierge!

Ian was great! He helped me get my energy needs figured out and took the time to explain details and best practices so that I better understood current and future factors.

Christopher was great! He gave me all the options and went over things that I would not have thought about. When my date was moved up, he made sure to update the installation dates for me.

don't really see the point. they provided basic utility information that's a quick google or question to your real estate agent away. they spent an inordinate amount of time trying to upsell me on a home security system. they persistently want to be on a phone call instead of leveraging email or text. they ended up getting me a quote for a home warranty that was more expensive than the first one, at the same provider, that came up on google. when i asked for help securing an invoice my lender needed to provide a related credit, their (Brian) first answer was that they couldn't help, and then after I expressed disappointment, there was a half hearted effort thereafter.

tbh, (1) i think goosehead (who referred me, and who actually was decent), should drop them and (2) anyone considering their services should skip them altogether.

at best, useless; at worst, will skim some margins for their own benefit that aren't even that hard to procure yourself with an internet connection.
