Well thought out Web Page, good price.

I ordered an item on Monday, order number 35688691, and requested overnight delivery. I waited all day Tuesday and did not receive the items. I checked the order status Wednesday, today, and saw that the order had been cancelled and I was not notified of this. Why was my order cancelled and why was I not notified? I had to resubmit the order, order number 35711891, and now the items I want are on back order. I would like these items as soon as possible and an explanation as to why they were cancelled after my first order attempt so I can prevent that in the future.

I have purchased off Mouser for at least four maybe five years.Every three months l buy 50 toroid cores and delivery from USA is within four days with FED EX and l live in the UK.Yes their web page and search is a bit complicated but it is designed to make sure you get exactly what you require.Prices are good and free delivery depending on how much you spend.Super company to deal with.

When searching the products that I've ordered previously, the list your website generates doesn't have thumbnail photos of the products. So it's difficult to find a part quickly. I dislike greatly looking for my previously ordered parts on your site. Look at Digikeys site. When I search their site under previously ordered parts, I can find what I'm looking for within seconds.
Please use product thumbnail photos with your previously ordered parts list so I can find the parts I ordered more quickly.

Great customer service. Couldn't find the correct Aptive male/female pairs, so called in and she helped me get every part number needed. Mouser will be my go to place for connectors from now on.

Absolutely phenomenal service, free shipping with express delivery worldwide, takes 4-5 days to get even to Antarctica. Perfect and careful packaging, a service that you can rarely find in 2025 with everyone cutting all corners.

I'll essentially continue using Digikey, Farnell, RS but will not longer be using Mouser Electronics.
I had used Mouser in the past when purchasing items for the companies I worked for. When I decided to purchase a few items for a hobby project that I was working on, the item was not delivered to the address. The parcel was received by a different person with a different name than mine and Mouser did not want to be accountable (when they are the ones choosing the courier and the recipient is clearly a different name from any of the people living in the house).
They were not interested in trying to solve this nor providing any steps. They already had the money, so couldn't care less along with the courier.
I ended up losing the money on the purchase and no items received altogether...

After many years of purchasing with mouser they decided to black list my company for no reason just “HIGH RISK after due diligence” and will refuse to tell me why. After many back and fourth conversations I was able to get ahold of someone that said to contact the (BIS) Bureau of Industry and Security. We were told that we aren’t on any government list and I searched the consolidated list and could not find my company on any list myself. I’m very disappointed that mouser would do this to a small business American company. Looks like we will have to purchase only through their competitors now as they’ve thrown out a loyal customer for no reason.

Mouser use to have correct pictures of components and the correct data sheets. I guess you hired a bunch of English Majors that are not able to look up the correct information of what you sell.

Wish you would get back to the way you were about 5 years ago. At least 95% of your product information was correct. Now it is about 65% wrong.

I had a wonderful call with Jamie who helped me understand the costs of the purchase, as well as shipping information. One thing I was disappointed about was that the tariff cost isn't included in the cost of the part. I would have been happy to pay slightly more for the parts and never know that a tariff cost was included in it, but seeing that cost broken out as a separate additional line item annoyed me. Better service includes ALL costs in the original listing price, including tariffs. Otherwise, the ordering process was simple and straightforward.

I rebuild and listen to high voltage vintage audio gear. I love the incredible variety of your inventory. The service is very good, also.
