Strict cancellation policy
I liked efficiency in terms of rather quick and simple enough booking.
I didn’t like being in touch with two instead of one agent - Mountvacation and ‘we consult gmbh’. Likewise, I don’t like rather rigid cancellation policy. A more popular approach would include wider scale of percentage of full price to be paid depending on the timing of cancellation.

It was very easy and fast to make a reservation. And reservation confirmation vas very quickly. I sent an inquiry about the check-in time, so I hope the employees will answer me. But more information on how to prepare for the trip and what to do upon arrival at the accommodation should be available on the MountVacation page.

I reserved one more skiing!
The we page is great. Very logical and easy to operate. I have experience with mountvacation for more that 10 years and they are respectable partners. Also, the chating is very helpfull.
I am very satisfied and I will continue to do reservations for skiing via muntvacation.
