Not as described

I had contacted customer service straight away but after not hearing from them for 2 weeks I had to use the product. I still didn’t have any response for my email which was sent. Anyways

One of the part wasn’t right, had a lot of struggle to fix it. Still it’s not safe according to me but have to use it as it is

TV stand & Mountright Ltd

I bought a TV stand from this Mountright Ltd & was really impressed with the first class delivery & customer service. The TV stand was easy to setup as the instructions were clear except for the last part - putting the TV on the stand. I contacted the Seller who emailed me back pretty much straight away to give me the guidelines I needed. If I remember correctly I had to contact the seller on two occasions & got a quick response on both occasions. My TV stand looks very classy. I am delighted with my TV stand & have already recommended both the TV stand & seller to other people.🤗
