This bedtime blend combines some of our favorite nervines with melatonin to provide gentle sleep support. Including valerian and passionflower to promote natural relaxation and help in coping with stress*, and hops to promote healthy relaxation and sleep.*
Ingredients per 453 mg capsule: Organic valerian root, organic hops strobiles, organic skullcap aerial portion, organic passionflower aerial portion, organic California poppy aerial portion, melatonin (3 mg), and vegetable cellulose "0" size capsule (derived from wood pulp).
Directions: Take 2 capsules with water 30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

It does help and relax me sleep
Helps me to just relax and rest peacefully!!!
This made me sleepy, and I stayed asleep; however, I had a headache in the morning. It turns out that this is normal for all sleep aids.

Mountain Rose Herbs are always fresh and I can smell the difference compared to other companies.
I still have not tried the formula. Will let you know after taking them for a few days.
