I am surprised to see any bad reviews. However there isn’t that many, which means the other 95% of us love our beds. Had mine for 5 years….love it! No problems ever.

I had gone to large furniture retailer in Utah. I found the right mattress now I’m shopping for the right adjustable platform. I chose the sleepmoto with an adjustable head. I was all set, couldn’t wait to get them delivered. When the platform was set up, the legs were 11 inches high, and not adjustable (but sleepmoto shows adjustable in their sales literature). I called customer service to ask for an exchange of my 11 inch non-adjustable legs for adjustable legs advertised in their literature. Customer Service told me they “Do Not Exchange Legs”. But they said I can buy the adjustable for $14 each. This is an After Sale Gimmick to get more of your hard earned money out of your pocket. If I knew before I purchased, shame on you SleepMoto.
Absolutely great customer service!!! It was so refreshing to call customer service support that you can actually understand them. I didn’t get the name of the lady that helped me but she was so patient with me and helped me get the replacement parts we needed to repair our adjustable bed frame. Thank you motosleep!
They do not stand behind their adjustable bed frames. BUYER BEWARE. Spent over $2K and Nebraska Furniture Mart will not take back. Not going back there either. Had the product for 1.5 months.
No one answers the phone. Poor customer service. Bed stuck after only one month.
I would love to be able to get this company to respond to my phone messages. The remote is locked and won't respond. I have called and left three messages. I have remained on hold for an hour. Terrible.
Would leave 0 starts if possible. I bought a king adjustable base back in August 2019. Within a couple months the bed was not working and would get stuck in all different positions. I called to have it fixed mid December 2019 and was told they would ship out parts and have a technician come out. However, I was moving by January 1st, 2020. I was told that the soonest they could get me a technician was January 7th. So because of that I had to have the parts shipped to my new address. But the catch is that after you move the bed from its original installation location the warranty is void and anything after that would need to be paid out of pocket. They were aware the bed was broken before the move. It is now mid January 2020 and I have had them send me 2 different parts and a technician come out once to install. This was told to me that it was out of “courtesy” and that they could not help me any further. The damaged bed was not working and they were aware of the problem but not able to fix it in time. There is NO WAY I could have put my life on hold to get this bed fixed and am now left sleeping in my living room on the pullout bed with my spouse. The fact that they extended help out of “courtesy” and were not able to fix the problem at all seems wrong. I am now going to be stuck with a base that does not work and out about $1,300 for nothing. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from this company as their inflexible warranties and customer service are not worth the headache by any means. Customer service just kept repeating to me about how I was told the warranty would expire but there was no way for me to go around this because I could not stay at that location past the new year. I have had so many personal thing happen over the last 2 months and won’t go into detail but this is the absolute LAST thing I needed. Because they refuse to make any exceptions and help with their product I have lost an extensive amount of sleep, it has disrupted my daily routine, and I will have to sink more money into a broken bed that they already can’t fix if I want to keep it. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!
