My air con was not working and I phoned motorvation they were extremely helpful and booked me in for the next day. Fantastic speedy professional service, as a young lady I found the experience extremely comforting and would not hesitate to return.

I pulled in last minute on a Friday with a flat tyre. The ladies in reception where incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the guys looked at it straight away and I was told I needed a new tyre which they had in stock. I was back on the road within an hour all at a reasonable price. As a women it makes me nervous going to garages in case of getting ripped off but that was not the case at Motivation. I would strongly recommend and will definitely be back.

Always great service from Motorvation. They have MOT'ing and Servicing my cars for a good number of years, Volkswagen, Jaguar, Alfa Romeo; all done very well and very reasonably. All service books stamped or recorded online in the case of the Jaguar. I wouldn't go anywhere else these days. Thank you Trevor and team for looking after my vehicles over the years. 5*****

Motorvation is my go to garage there is no other garage I would trust to keep my van on the road and keep me working my van has 205k miles on it and both times it’s had a wet belt replacement Motorvation have completed the work to the highest standard and got me back out earning. Doing between 50-70k miles a year Motorvation are always accommodating when my services creep up on me. The team on site are always cheerful and will go out of their way to ensure I am kept informed of any works that need doing. My old man always said to me if you find a garage you can trust stick with them and for me Motorvation are the garage I trust not only with my work van but also with my partners and children’s vehicles.

I have been going to this garage for years through a recommendation. I took my car because the battery light came on i was stressed and worried, i had no appointment so did not expect them to fit me in which they did. It was such a relief from the receptionist who is helpful to the mechanics i would highly recommend this garage

Motorvation used to be a brilliant garage but it changed owners a few years ago. I stopped going because of poor service from the new owners.
The work was inconsistent. Changing a ball joint for an MOT was fine on one car. On another car, Motorvation charged me a diagnostic fee without being able to diagnose or fix the fault. They advised me to go to the main dealer as they couldn't find the fault. The main dealer diagnosed the fault in minutes.
I eventually gave up on Motorvation after a particularly bad experience where the receptionist wasted my time.
She was just unhelpful and belligerent. I didn't leave a review, I just never went back and decided to have nothing more to do with them.
The reason for writing this review is because Motorvation are spamming me. They obviously think they can use the details they have from the "good old days" to send me spam.
If their old customers have stopped returning, maybe they should review their customer service rather than send spam.
Reputable businesses don't send spam.
From the booking of the MOT and they squeezed me in the same day, the staff were very polite and friendly. Plus also my bike passed so another year of care free motoring.

Over 20+ years, Motorvation has been my go-to place. Always offering good advice, extremely courteous and helpful team with very reasonable rates. They'll try to save you money with non original manufacturer parts if its economic and wise meaning not risky, and won't compromise vehicle performance. its still your decision. Always been kept aware if there's any delays as well as when it's ready to collect if you decide not to wait. I have no hesitation to highly recommend them, my 20+Yr time is testament to that.

Worst experience in my life. Horrible company with incompetent employees.
I brought there a £20k car in perfect condition and 40k miles on the clock for a simple oil change. Unfortunately, this was too complicated task for their "mechanics" and they caused catastrophic damage to the engine, it literally exploded a few miles away from their garage on a dual-carriageway. I completely lost control of the vehicle as the engine over-revved and the car accelerated even though I was breaking. I didn't see anything in front of me because of a huge plume of smoke. I didn't know if there was a fire under the bonnet, but it looked dramatic. I could be involved in a road crash, I could get hurt or hurt someone else when this happened. It was pure luck that nobody was hurt.
What Motorvation did? Absolutely nothing, they don't care. They passed the "problem" to their insurance company and washed their hands. No communication from them, no apologies, no compensation, nothing. Their insurer assessed the car as a total loss, paid off outstanding finance and collected the wreckage, that's it.
I had to hire a car as soon as possible so I had to do it myself, out of my pocket, so lost money.
Now I need to buy a new car, so either pay for it or pay a deposit for another finance. In both options, it is another financial loss for me.
I obviously paid the cost of the “service" that destroyed my car and even this wasn’t reimbursed.
So I was left with no car and no money.
My advice to everyone is to avoid Motorvation at all costs!
Had experienced a very slow leak (4 days until tyre monitor registered it) for some 2 weeks . Went into Motorvation as had great service for fitting Black circles tyres. Young engineer checked wheel out and said sorry bad news, rim is cracked. Which is what I suspected. Fitted get you home spare and recommended company who they trusted to fix it. Would not take any money for it !! So made good contribution to tea fund. Really superb service.

Once again, Motorvation have been amazing! Holly is a diamond! I had a nightmare with the dealer where I bought the car and the warranty company. I called Motorvation and again they've gone above and beyond to help me. I don't think any other place would be as helpful as they always are with me. I don't trust anyone else with my car.

I went to get an MOT carried out on my motorcycle. Following the test, their technician called me away from the waiting area. He took me to the test area and confessed that he had broken the ignition key in the ignition switch. He had managed to retrieve the broken stub and then tried to convince me that the key was twisted to the point where it was bound to fail. I assured him that I had owned the motorcycle for quite some time without the key failing. The tech kept suggesting that I knew there was a problem with the key. There was a need for a replacement, which Motorvation went and got. The only problem is that the replacement was 'not' coded to the motorcycle. There was a need to clone the key so my motorcycle could be started. I had to resort to taping the stub of the broken key to the replacement. This is not a satisfactory result!
Motorvation advised me to go to a small specialist to sort out the problem. This specialist had to spend over £200 to obtain a part to carry this out. They tried and failed as this part was not sufficient to carry out the key cloning. There would then be a need for more parts at a further cost of £240. They went no further as they had already paid out for an essentially one off peice of equipment. Motorvation had been informed of this stumbling point. They assured me they were looking for a further solution and would be calling me back. After a nearly two week wait, I phoned again today. They said they will not going any further with this. It has now become my problem and it will be a costly one. Needless to say, I will never return there. A complete bad show of integrity
