Low quality, worst customer service!

They failed to solve my bluetooth related phone issue and reject to provide any refund or replacement. Never had such a terrible experience. The phone is pretty much useless and it was my worst spend 410$ on a phone! Make sure to stay away from this brand.

Purchased a Razr+ 2024 from ATT

Purchased a Razr+ 2024 from ATT and in 4 months the screen started delaminating at the fold. ATT said we had to go to Motorola for warranty so we went without the phone for over a week, they stated it would either be repaired or replaced.
Just recieved it back stating it had moisture damage and that they wasnt performing the repair or replacement!
The phone has never been in water, reviews online show this issue to be a common defect with the screen and that it is not water resistant as they claim.
Now im stuck with a $1,000.00 paper weight that should have never been released to the public, what a scam and poor excuse of a supposed reputable buisiness!

Terrible company and worst warranty…

Terrible company and worst warranty ever

Avoid

Warranty says that if there is any fault on phone when checked then all faults must be repaired, regardless of whether a fault needs repairing

Screen split along fold, completely stopped working as a result. 12month oldnphone. Sent for repair, but motorola said as phone had small dent on top, completely unrelated to screen split, that had to be repaired at same time which was out not covered byvwarranty, so the split screen was therefore not covered
Complete con

Bought motorola razr flip phone

Bought motorola razr flip phone, loved it, one of best phones..but 12 months in and the screen starts to spikt along the flip, motorola say should be covered by warranty so I send it to their repair company. Companybthen says because an indent on side of phone, small and unnoticeable, the repair is not covered by warranty
The indent had nothing to do with the split screen, totally independent. Split screen is a design fault, but motorola use a loop hole in warranty to get out of repair. Instead of warranty they will repair for over £600

Terrible company, avoid

They don't honor warranty or stand by product

Customer service was very unfriendly and Motorola does not stand by their product. My 6 month old phone stopped working because of a common issue and manufacturing defect. They would not warranty because the outside screen had a crack that was completely unrelated to the issue. I will never by Motorola again.

Absolute train wreck

Oh. My. Goodness. Where do I even begin with the absolute train wreck that is Motorola's pathetic excuse for a mobile phone business? Incompetent doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of their monumental ineptitude. These aren't just mistakes; they're a masterclass in how to alienate and infuriate a customer at every single turn.
Their so-called "easy" ordering process is a blatant, bald-faced LIE. They dangle the carrot of "quick delivery" like some mythical unicorn, achievable only if you're willing to sacrifice your firstborn child and probably your sanity in the process. My confirmation email, dripping with false promises, smugly declared, "We're just waiting for payment approvals to proceed with the shipment." Ten agonizing hours later, BAM! A digital slap in the face: "Your order has been cancelled." Their condescending suggestion? "If you feel this cancellation is in error..." FEEL?! It WAS an error, you absolute clowns! My credit card was approved faster than their hamsters can spin a server wheel!
So, like a fool, I actually CALLED them, hoping for some semblance of human intelligence. Three more precious hours of my life evaporated as their representative, sounding like they'd just woken up from a week-long coma, nonchalantly suggested I just... wait a few DAYS to order again. Are you KIDDING ME?! The audacity! The sheer, unadulterated gall!
And the reason for this monumental screw-up? Apparently, I ordered "more than 5 items." Let's dissect this exquisite display of imbecility, shall we? THREE of those "items" were THEIR OWN STUPID "FREE GIFTS"! So, I'm being penalized for accepting their unwanted trinkets? It's like being fined for breathing their polluted office air!
Then comes the pièce de résistance: my "weird" IP address. NEWSFLASH, Motorola morons: my address is perfectly normal. It's the same address that receives mail, packages, and even the occasional winning lottery ticket (which, ironically, I probably have a better chance of winning than successfully ordering from you).
Undeterred by this symphony of incompetence (clearly, I'm a glutton for punishment), I actually tried to order AGAIN, this time with one of their esteemed representatives holding my digital hand. Two phones, a grand total of FOUR "items" according to their warped logic. Credit card approved – HALLELUJAH, I thought, maybe, just maybe... WRONG! Order declined. The reason? The order came from a "different IP address." OF COURSE IT DID, YOU ABSOLUTE BUFFOONS! YOUR OWN EMPLOYEE PLACED THE ORDER OVER THE PHONE! Do you even understand how the internet works?!
Mark my words, Motorola, I wouldn't trust you to deliver a pizza, let alone a complex piece of technology. My money, and the money of anyone with a functioning brain, will be going to a reputable retailer like Best Buy. Consider this my official declaration of independence from your catastrophic incompetence. You have not only lost a customer; you have created an evangelist for the "Never Buy Motorola" movement. Congratulations. You've earned it.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro

Such a bad service. They have made an update on the phone three months back and made the camera a mess to use. I have complained through many forums and visited their service centre. But they haven't made solution till now. Everytime they are saying our team is looking for a solution. Till now they haven't find made anything. I feels like cheated by buying this brand. No one should ever buy this brand. There many brand out there with proper services and never choose this brand.

Extremely Disappointed with Motorola…

Extremely Disappointed with Motorola and Their Service in UAE

Motorola is by far the worst mobile brand I’ve ever used. The after-sales service, especially in the UAE, is extremely poor.

My phone stopped charging just a few months after purchase. I submitted it for a warranty claim through the proper channel. The device was in pristine condition—clean and spotless, with absolutely no signs of damage.

However, the service team claimed there was a "bend" in the phone and denied the warranty. Despite multiple follow-ups and requests for a proper review, they refused to reconsider. Their response was both unhelpful and dismissive: “Our technician said so, and we can’t do anything.” I even have this response documented in writing which they gave shamelessly.

It’s shocking to see such a lack of accountability and professionalism. There was no attempt to genuinely inspect or understand the issue. The whole experience was deeply frustrating.

I strongly advise others to stay away from Motorola devices.

Motorola As a global brand customer service is shit n delivery process is totally suck

Motorola As a global brand, they hope to regain their international visibility.
Their creative team works hard to create new and creative products,
Good prices,best value.
but their customer service is very poor... the same old answers, perfunctory responses, and horrible delivery experience are really disappointing.
If you want the new phone from Motorola, better really Careful consideration!

Motorola edge 50 pro

Right what a great phone to start one of the best value for money! But the lovely 125w charger it comes with don't expect it to last over a month. I've owned the phone going on 3 months now charger stopped working just after a month. They haven't sent me another one and keep saying "not in stock" I payed for the phone and charger and have been without the charger. Honestly I've never had an issue like this with other brands and the way it's been dealt with I know I will be leaving Motorola for a more professional competitor, such a shame really I've loved Motorola for years. I can't support a company that can't support it's customers especially when my phone is so new. I should add they said they would sent me a 65w charger but thats half the power and not what I payed for !!!!! Shame on you I wish I could put 0. Brand new phone LITERALLY JUST OVER A MONTH IT BROKE GIVE ME MY CHARGER OR MONEY BACK SIMPLE. SCAMMERS

No more phones from Motorola

No more phones from Motorola. In September of last year i bough a moto G84 5G fo replace my moto G13. Was to be a upgrade buts intsead i have a downgrade. Lack of wallpapers and low sound when i use speakers. I contacted the support they told that was purpsed according witth global security audio standarts. I lost money and i put my phone storage on box. I still using my moto g13 due the Motorola sold me a terrible phone. I not recommend Motorola phones . My advice is stay away from moto phones. Find a brand who really want make the customers happy . Motorola were a good brand in past . Now is one of worst brands. Motorola lost my trust forever.

The Warranty Can Be Worthless

This is just a word of warning for anyone thinking of buying a Motorola flip phone.
Mine was well under warranty when it developed a white line down the right hand side of the inner screen (a common problem). I sent it off for repair under warranty only to be told that they assessed it as caused by an impact of an unknown object when closing the screen and therefore not covered by warranty.. I've always been very careful with my phones and asked for evidence for their findings. This is a photo they took ... It shows the tiniest of tiny marks on the corner of the screen. Maybe one grain of dust or something.
Anyway, cost of repair is £280 or £30 to have the phone back unrepaired.
The point of this story is to not rely upon the warranty and to be very careful you don't close your phone with a tiny speck of dust putting even the slightest pressure on your screen as they will use this as an excuse when the real issue is just poor technology and poor build. Unfortunately it seems I can't attach photos on here but if I could, you'd see their photo shows the corner of my phone's screen with a dot smaller than a grain of sugar..which they say was caused by the impact of a something in the phone when I closed it, leading to a white line running the total length of the inner screen!.

What a terrible phone.

Purchased a motorola just to take diverted calls from a work number. Didn't need anything aside from just a reliable telephone. Can't even get that! The phone mutes out after a few calls and you can't hear anything if you dial out. Resetting fixes that but then the f-ing phone locks me out and I have to factory reset! Don't bother!!!

They've gone downhill from each model…

They've gone downhill from each model of phone.

Phones been ok but in the last month it's draining battery for no reason. Used to be able to rely on it, but now I cannot trust this phone to hold a overnight charge for one day.

It sucks and I will never buy Motorola again.
