Saw the bike I really wanted at a very attractive price on their website which is excellent also. Lots of detail and many, many excellent pictures online.
Called and discussed details and a trade in offer with Chris and found him open to any questions. We agreed on the deal and deposit to hold the bike as I needed some time to arrange my finances and had to travel down from Scotland to collect and exchange machines. He was ready to work with any specific needs I had.
Day of collection and exchange of machines, completion of finances and paperwork was done in leass than an hour and I was on my way.
The bike was exactly as described and immaculately prepared as were every bike in the showroom.
As perfect an experience you could wish for.
Friendly and open service that inspired confidence.
Very modern, clean and attractive premises also.
No hesitation in recommending this business to anyone seeking an honest and supportive experience.
