This firm is a tragicomedy
This firm is a tragicomedy! They take the money and they go for haliday without sending the order. They don't communicate properly, they don't answer your questions, so You don't know what is the situation. Finally after 7 weeks once the goods arrive. This is not an european firm, more like some Chinese.Shame, sorry.

We are sorry to read such words that totally lack respect and they speak for themselves. On our website (established in 2015 in Italy - UE) the Client read and accepted our Terms & Conditions (which he received in copy) and our Shipping Terms, which clearly state: “ Due to temporary unavailability of products at our Suppliers, due to temporary difficulties at importing products from other Countries to Italy, due to peaks in work activity, to holidays, to individual deliveries in areas of difficult access or where it is necessary to carry out customs clearance, delivery times may be prolonged.” FACTS: COMMUNICATION: No. 4 e-mails from us to the Client in which we explained our temporary operational problems just before our holidays closure (holidays planned and paid from months) more No. 2 automatic e-mails from our system (the last one including shipping data info), therefore No. 6 e-mails from us vs No. 19 e-mails from the Client (we cannot work for a Client only, we cannot afford it, since we have thousands of Clients to answer to and they need the correct respect) DELIVERY: No. 6 weeks (No. 4 working weeks – No. 2 weeks of summer holidays leave) delivery time (from the order payment) due to temporary operational problems (hardware) and lack of goods at our Suppliers warehouse (both issues explained via e-mail to the Client).
