The machine finish on the inside of the rotor was poor,I had to spend time with a small file dressing the casting to remove excess swarf before I dare fit the rotor to my bike.

Unfortunately because you filed the rotor down yourself, this voids warranty. We have no record of you contacting us regarding this rotor therefore this is hard for us to now see where you had the problem. incorrect statment of item value when exporting to EU
when sending the item to my country Portugal, it was stated that the items value was of the total amount of shipping plus the value of the item, makking it more than 50€, so i then had to pay 23% of tax and a service price totaling about 22€ to receive the item. if this had not happened and the value of the order had been stated correctly this would not of happened. Apart from that i am satisfied
