Bitter Taste!

I will keep this statement concise. During my initial engagement with Motodan, I provided a detailed written account of the issues experienced. Motodan agreed to arrange collection of the faulty vehicle supplied to me.

The initial collection could not proceed due to my ill health, which was significantly aggravated by the stress arising from this matter. A further collection date was subsequently arranged, 25 November 2025. On that date, I missed a telephone call logged at 09:32, followed immediately by a second call recorded at 09:32 the same time. Apparently, an email was sent the day before! I paid for this service and, accordingly, ensured that I was present at the agreed time. No further attempt was made to contact me, and the vehicle was not collected. The payment was subsequently refunded.

The outcome suggests a clear reluctance to proceed with the collection of the faulty vehicle that Motodan had supplied.

I later received an extensive email from Lisa B, Motodan attributing fault to me and asserting that reasonable efforts had been made to resolve the matter. I do not accept this assertion. The fundamental issue remains that a faulty vehicle was supplied, which indicates a failure to exercise reasonable care and skill and to ensure the vehicle was of satisfactory quality at the point of sale.

I remain dissatisfied with Motodan’s handling of this matter, including their communication, the aborted collection, and their failure to take responsibility for supplying a defective vehicle, which I might add they denied! Off course they do... Never purchase from this company. Save yourself time, stress, money and effort.
