Zero professionalism
Zero professionalism.
After being enticed by their "Black Friday" special, I signed up with the expectation that I'd be getting a couple weeks free, but the non-existent small print was that I could join their on-line classes for a couple of weeks ahead of the official program. No introduction, no assessment of fitness or capability, just into the deep end. So no effective benefit.
Then came the new year and the supposed fitness programme. Ghosted... after following up, I was told I would get an invite to have a 1-1 intro and assessment... again... ghosted. I've asked for my money back as this was clearly not working for me... ghosted. Been a month now, with no call backs & no response to emails.
No choice but to now leave negative comments and reviews, and initiate formal proceedings by whatever channels available.
