I had a few issues with some Callouts not working as expected in Davinci Resolve 19.1 and Marcel, from support helped me figure out what was going on. This took a few hours to solve but in the end we were able to make it all work properly. I HIGHLY recommend MotionVFX and their support. Marcel, thank YOU for your outstanding support, kind Sir.

I made a mistake in ordering a product. They sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently - so much so that I was really amazed at the ease and comfort of the experience. This is a company I will be using for quite some time (the products are really great as well!)

The issue was not trivial (regarding password reset with a domain blocking the reset link). My issue was resolved within 30 mins.

support has 5 minutes response time including adjusted files to speed up my workflow. great experience.

These are high quality assets that have been effective in speeding up my edits. Speaking of speed, the response time from the Motion VFX team to answer questions and solve any issues I've ever had has been like no other. Can't recommend them enough. Installation is easy, the assets are well organized inside Davinci Resolve and there's plenty of video support on YouTube.

You went out of your way to actually create an example using my video clip to demonstrate how to do a certain task I asked for and it answered my question in a blink where no words needed to be exchange. Amazing experience with MotionVFX: I had a few products to test and all of them work just great.

I recently messed up and ordered one of the packages double. I sent a message asking if I could exchange it for another. My phone glitched and I sent the request via another email account. This led to some confusion because my account is attached to a different email address.
But I was helped through the confusion - no problems.
