I went for a job via Morson group,(with company called nexperia)was invited by Simon @Morson to take part in a test,memory,maths,+colour blind.On arrival Simon was very polite explained everything to me about the tests in a professional manner.Overall through out the process of goin to nexperia for induction&medical Simon kept in contact seeing how things went.He couldnt do enough to make sure you were happy.He is a great asset to the Morson Group,and the Morson Group are a well oiled machine.

Unexpected opportunity

I was contacted out of the blue where my CV had been seen on some CV site, totally unexpected for a role that suits my background to the tee. Had it not been for Morson I would not have known and been given the opportunity I now currently have, I am truly grateful.

Avoid using

Didn't pay wages on time, didn't answer phones after problem with wages, took hours for anyone to help me, awful staff with awful attitude that shouldn't be working with people!

Appalling company. Avoid!

Applied for a job through them, I've heard nothing no email, no phone call to discuss about it. It seems they don't give a damn. Yet they keep putting the same job advertisement back up over and over again. Fishing for CVs?

Timesheet failure.

Timesheet failure.
you sent an email on the 19th May stating the timesheet will be available tomorrow (on the 20th) . I have clicked on the link on the 20th and there is nothing. The first page of guidance is advertising how good the system is. The second page assumes a timesheet is visible, which it isn't, what sort of help is that!!

Really friendly but there were a lot of…

Really friendly but there were a lot of small details that were left out.
For example, I was unaware that I had to fill in time sheets to get paid I thought it was automatic and they just sent it via email but its from a different company so I didn't know what it was.
And when I mentioned this to the recruiter I think he thought he had told me (he didnt) perhaps because he had dealt with so many new starters im sure it's easy to miss telling people some things but it was the manner in which he thought thought was either lying or dumb.
