Paid but never received the products

I paid $235 USD for cosmetic products in January 2026 and never received anything.

The supplier delayed shipment multiple times, gave inconsistent explanations, and eventually stopped responding to my messages. No valid tracking number or proof of shipment was ever provided.

Another concerning issue is that the company uses different names. The website and communication use “Moroccan Cosmetic”, but the invoice was issued under a different company name, “Moroccan Sample SARL”, with different contact details. This lack of consistency raises serious concerns about their legitimacy.

I have not received the products or any refund.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise caution before doing business with this company.
