99,9% of the time everything is perfect, but for that 0,1% where an order doesn't quite go as it should the wonderful people at the customer service team go above and beyond to make it right.

I ordered breakfast to my parents and all the sweet stuff was left out. It was a disappointment since it was the first ever Morgenlevering they got. But I wrote a mail before noon and quickly after I received a reply with information about a refund on the way, an explanation of what happened and a gift code. I ordered a new delivery the next day and everything arrived as planned. Happy with how it turned out!

We are using Morgenlevering regularly for our employees, but also privately for ourselves or friends. Always great products of high quality and quite problem-free handling given the many issues related to delivering things to the door very early in the morning.
I only experienced one problem recently where some packages got wet. Customer service immediately responded and we got a full refund.

I ordered flowers and breakfast for a friend while we where in a quarantine hotel. At first I thought the delivery did not make it, and sent a response in the chat. Immediate response! The delivery turned up not long after but as my message was not picked up an apology and a refund done without delay. I notified the staff but it was to late to stop the refund. Super good service and I will for sure use the refunded amount for another delivery. Thank you :)

I ordered flowers and some sweets for a gift.
I got sms in the morning that the delivery was delayed. I contacted customerservice and they fully refunded my order and it still god delivered later that afternoon.
Fantastic customerservice. Quick and positive response.

I placed an order for my mother in law with a book, cheese, flowers, some pastries and rolls. Unfortunately some of the order was not delivered. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly and refunded the whole amount (for the whole order) and gave me a discount code for the next order.

I have ordered several other times with morgenlevering and that has gone very smoothly and the food has been fresh.

Have had some issues with the delivery, but customer service has fixed it very quickly - so although a bit annoying we are still very pleased with the quality of the products and will definitely use the service again.

After contacting them about an issue on not being able to deliver to my address, it was quickly fixed and I could make an order for the next day.

My mistake ordering double-up, they cancelled one, delivered two without any extra cost! :)

I'm really peased with the customer service at Morgenlevering. Our delivery was delayed, and was not delivered before 10:30am, long after our planned birthday breakfast celebration. Even though we got our delivery we got a refund for the delivery. That's a really good customer experience.
