Normally brilliant BUT!

Normally a brilliant service from Morgancomputers, I haven't checked the product, however the delivery courier is beyond belief. I gave instructions on the order where to leave the item if there was no reply, some where safe and out of the weather, where was it left, on the front doorstep. I ordered the item on Tuesday 21st April, was away for the weekend, from Thursday, got back home on 28th April to find it on the door step. Lord knows what weather it has been through or how long it has been on public view!

As your order was placed after this on the 21st your order was processed and shipped from us the next day via DPD. The DPD tracking shows it was then delivered the next day on the 23rd at 17.10PM. You should have been emailed tracking details and delivery options from DPD on the morning of the 23rd to the email provided for the order. This email gives you such options as delaying the delivery, delivering to a drop off shop for later collection, or adding any specific instructions for the driver. I am very sorry if you did not receive this email. I am relieved to hear you have your order and I hope everything is ok with it. I received a computer which did not boot on first connection. Response was poor.
I received a computer which did not boot, that can happen although it never has in my several computer purchases from Morgan before.
So onto online support, where I explained the problem.
2 hours before a reply and the person/bot had not read my input. Then followede a very slow back and forth asking very simple questions which I answered.
It took an afternoon and the following morning before the person or bot accepted there was a problem and arranged for me to send the machine back for test & repair.
I'm not complaining about the problem itself, that can happen but I am complaining about the slowness in handling it.

I bought a “grade B” refurbished MacBook Air from Morgan Computers. When the device arrived, it was quite battered, with significant dents in all 4 corners. I’m not fussy about cosmetic issues but after using it for a few days I found that I kept catching my wrist on a sharp edge created by one of the dents. I emailed support and Jacob asked for photos of the damage. He agreed that the condition wasn’t good enough and I had a replacement (in much better condition) in my grubby paws the following morning. Very happy with the service :)

Good company to buy from…
The industrial endoscope arrived on time having had helpful delivery progress advisories from Post Office parcels. The device itself appears to function well and I believe it is good value for money. In the past, I have had other products sent by Morgan Computers and I have had no problems with the Company and the items it supplied.

Great service but 'Stay away from refurbished computers'!
I use Morgan computers for all of my printer ink requirements. The service is fast and has never been a problem. Excellent service however, I did this time buy a refurbished Dell laptop computer which was a mistake and I probably wasted my time and money, the computer seems to have a mind of its own and whenever I click on anything to open or action something, I get popup windows opening randomly. I will not purchase a refurbished computer again.

An ipad mini was advertised as fully refurbished and in A condition. After purchase I found that the battery was not charging fully. After an all not charge just 39% showed. I returned the item.

Excellent refurbed HP desktop
Excellent refurbed HP desktop, very pleased and will definitely be back when upgrade is due. I would have got it next day but DPD tried their damnedest not to deliver it but got it in the end with hole through the box but miraculously nothing damaged.
