Morethan Accountants - Outstanding Service - Always
I have been with Morethan Accountants for over a year now. My previous accountants were expensive and not very good at providing a timely customer service. I now have the complete opposite. I mainly deal with Usama and Bilawal and these guys are awesome. I do not have to worry about anything, all work is done to the highest standard and they are always one step ahead of the game. We mainly deal via e mail but when I have needed to speak to someone they are there on the phone immediately providing answers to any questions that I may have. I would highly recommend using Morethan Accountants, regardless of the size of your business. As a small business owner i do not have the expertise or time to be bogged down with Accountancy matters and with Morethan Accountants as my professional advisors I don't need to. Thank you to all at Morethan. You consistently excel at what you do which allows me to get on with my business stress free. Thanks.

Outstanding support and service
More Than Accountants have been very good with me since I moved to them in November 2025, no waiting long times in a Que on the phone always answered within a few minutes, service and support is outstanding. My designated accountant Arisha has gone has worked wonders for me over the past few days to get things sorted for me due to an issue I had with VAT. Usama Safdar has been excellent to work with. He completed our 2025 accounts early and at very short notice, which allowed us to move quickly on accessing a government growth scheme.
Everything was handled smoothly and without any issues. Communication was clear throughout, and he was always quick to respond and keep things moving.
Really helpful, efficient, and reliable, exactly what you want from an accountant. Would highly recommend.

This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with this accountancy. I deeply regret dealing with them. Stay clear. You will regret it. I had to close one of my companies due to there harassment,stress and demanding payments daily via email phone. Whenever i asked for something to do with accounting they will say we will let you know. I have had to paid fines and another demand from Companies house yet they still wont do my accounts the worst thing is my company is dormant. Terrible organisation.

Got my corporation tax over 6000GBP wrong
This law form got my corporation tax 6000GBP wrong despite me providing them with a summary of the figures and final calculations.
I was given a so-called accountant that could not speak English to the point I could not understand him, whom I suspected was not even in the UK.
I thus considered them in breach of contract so informed them that I would not be using them again. That was well over two years ago.
They continued to assume they were still working for me despite me booting them off the government site as my agent. They have amassed a very large debt ever since on the premise that I was still using them which I clearly wasn't, insofar as once you have reclaimed all your direct debits, that should be enough to tell a firm that they are sacked!
I hope this review will get a reply so someone can finally make this firm behave and stop harrasing me.

Online reselling is very complex from a tax management POV. Tracking purchases and sales across multiple platforms some of whom provide proper VAT invoices, some not, is very time consuming. I appreciated the effort and time MTA has put in with me to navigate this, Maseera in particular.
