I was initially sceptical seeing the price. But trustpilot reviews mentioned responsive customer service. I paid with PayPal over the weekend. Monday morning I called the number on their website and they confirmed my order is ready to be dispatched. Later in the afternoon I received email with tracking details and I received the item on Tuesday.

THIS SITE OFTEN HAVE MISSPRICE ITEMS, THEY TAKE YOUR MONIES AND LATER CANCEL YOUR ORDER. THEN HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS BEFORE THEY CREDIT YOUR REFUND. HAPPENED 3 TIMES ALEADY. AVOID THIS SITE LIKE A PLAGUE.

Yesterday I bought a Ryzen 9 chip from MoreCoCo for a really great price as I had seen it through PC Part Picker, and being so close to Black Friday I thought I had got an amazing deal.
I paid through Paypal and got no confirmation email and the 'My Orders' page on MoreCoco said that I hadn't bought anything in the last 6 months. I immediately started to panic that this was some sort of scam and checked Trust Pilot reviews.
I instantly saw quite a lot of negative reviews referring to the company that involved them accepting orders for really cheap prices and then cancelling and redirecting back to the store where everything was then full price again.
This is exactly what happened to me this morning, I recieved an email telling me that my order was cancelled and they had made a mistake, but that I could have £10 off my next order on their website.
Obviously the £10 off doesn't make any difference as the chip is about £50 more than on Amazon.
They say in the email that they are reviewing their processes to make sure this never happens again but it's clear that this is a regular occurence and a tonne of people on Trust Pilot and reddit have had an identical experience to me. Reviews on here saying the same thing go back a year and on reddit it's even further.
This is clearly a move they pull fairly often and, in my opinion, is designed to reel customers in with attractive prices and then try to close the sale at close to full price. If they were truly reviewing their practices then perhaps they could have solved this reoccuring issue in the past year and a half and saved a lot of people time and money. The fact that I had read about this exact scenario the night before it happened to me makes me think that this is straight out of their playbook.
The moral of the story is if you see a really competitive price on MoreCoco, chances are they are going to pull the rug out from under you as they have done to many many other people judging by reviews.
I would be hesitant to buy anything from this website as non-discounted prices are nowhere near as competitive as Currys, Amazon and Very, and the discounts you do get cannot be trusted. (at least I got my money back)

Made an order for a computer part which I'll admit was priced low but not so egregiously low it was obviously an error. For context, it was priced around that of used. It's also currently around Black Friday so you expect deals.
The next day I received a cancellation email apologising for the pricing error and passing the blame on to their distributor. To make up for this they offered £10 off my next order as a 'gesture of goodwill'.
That £10 (which would be a manual refund that I would have to contact them and hope to receive, by the way) wouldn't even bring their now 'corrected' pricing in line with Amazon.
You want to support independent stores but when they won't even match the giants on customer service, guess where we're all going to go?

TL;DR:
If the price seems too good it definitely is and don't waste your time.
Last night I bought a AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor for £240, holy moly!
Except the price was too good, and they were never going to fulfil it. I received the below email this morning.
Looking through reviews, this is far from the first time this has happened. They signed off with offering a £10 discount off my next order if I refer to that email...
I can only conclude this is either a fairly poor infrastructure setup needing an overhaul or a cringe-worthy route to marketing their site. Which, admittedly I had never heard of - but will likely now never purchase from again.
"Thank you for your recent order with us. Unfortunately, we have encountered an issue with the pricing provided by our distributor for the item(s) you ordered. Regrettably, this resulted in an error that made it impossible for us to fulfil your order at the price listed.
We have therefore had to cancel your order, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused. Please rest assured that we are reviewing our processes with our distributor to prevent such errors from occurring in the future."

I found the MoreCoco store online and decided to order a product they were offering with a next-day delivery option. I created an account, selected the next-day delivery service, and paid for the item around 1 p.m. Unfortunately, although the payment went through immediately, the product was never shipped.
I contacted their support several times. Someone replied vaguely, saying they would “pass the case on” somewhere, but nothing actually happened. The next morning, I wrote again asking for an update and confirmation that my order would be shipped. I received one short reply, then another, but still no real information or action.
Later, they provided me with a completely incorrect and fake tracking number for a parcel that didn’t exist. As a result, I didn’t receive the product the next day, nor the day after — and I doubt I’ll receive it at all.
Overall, my experience with this store has been extremely negative. They were unprofessional, unresponsive, and misleading. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone, and I strongly advise avoiding such a disappointing and unreliable service.

Customer Services guy Danny was extremely helpful and prompt with responses when I missed the first delivery. Package arrived on second delivery as and when requested so kudos to Royal Mail too.
Extremely happy with my product, although my PC didn't have a disc drive to install Print driver disc that came with it, the driver was easily accessible via Xerox website.

The speed of delivery was excellent, as was the care in the packaging. Post-purchase support was exceptional. I highly recommend MoreCoCo for you electronic needs.

Dirty tactics unfortunately... bought a ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI Intel Z790 LGA 1700 ATX motherboard off them for £209.99 and they refunded my order stating that the motherboard was out of stock and they were unable to obtain a restock date. The truth is that they have the item in stock and have increased the price to £314.99

I placed an order for five Enterprise Hard Drives after Ballicom failed to deliver.
After placing the order via the website they contacted me via telephone to verify delivery details.
I confirmed the order details including priority next day delivery.
The following day I stall had not received tracking details, so I contacted them only to find out they were out of stock.
I have the receipts to prove it.
I promptly cancelled the order and vowed never to order from them again.
Are MoreCoCo & Ballicom working together?

After placing an order with the store, I didn't receive a confirmation email that was supposed to be provided. After contacting support, I quickly received a response providing confirmation, tracking and invoice, as well as having my issue forwarded to their IT department to prevent it occuring again, which was much appreciated!

I was browsing PCPartPicker for a Ryzen 5 5500 or 5600 to place into my older PC with a first-gen Ryzen 1600.
I saw that for the first time in months, the Ryzen 7 5700X3D was in stock.
This was great as I could put the X3D in my PC with an RTX 4070 Super and take the 5600X I already have in there and place it in my older PC, which has a 1080p GPU, the AMD 6600.
This was a great win-win, but after a lot of messing around with their website not working on multiple browsers and 2 different PCs, I used my mobile phone and "voilà", I ordered my brand new 5700X3D.
About 5 minutes later, I received an email saying:
" Since receiving your order, the goods ordered have gone out of stock. This can sometimes happen, particularly on items in high demand or if a reseller customer places a bulk order before others are confirmed.
We have therefore cancelled your order, and if your card had been charged, we have already issued a full refund.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to obtain a restock date.
We apologise for the inconvenience. We never like letting our customers down, but sometimes it is unavoidable."
I was really pi**..ff (upset) by this as Amazon had them in stock but at the high price of £350 per piece.
So, I checked Amazon, and lo and behold, the Amazon listing was £350, but it was the storefront of, yeah, you guessed it, MoreCoCo.
So, they either decided they get more money from Amazon and cancelled it. Or, they have a good few CPUs in their warehouse but won't sell them to people buying from their website because they hold them for Amazon and a hundred quid more.
Absolutely disgusting.
I'll never buy from them unethical so-and-sos as long as I live.
And I advise you all not to as well because they care not a jot for their customers. Only gouging scalper prices using Amazon to the detriment of their customers.

Initially I didn’t receive order confirmation, but after emailing, Danny sorted this out for me super quickly and I received my order the next day. I even got a follow up email checking it was all okay which was refreshing.
Product is great, I’m super happy with it and the price was the best on the market currently so I can’t complain!

Honestly didn’t expect standard delivery to feel this premium. The package showed up exactly when it said it would, perfectly packed, not a dent in sight. What really impressed me was customer support — fast, friendly, and actually helpful (a rare combo these days). It felt like someone genuinely cared about my order. If every delivery went like this, waiting for parcels would actually be fun.
