I ordered my wig a few months ago. I've been a customer for a few years. Their wigs are among the best you can buy, period. I love their products and I love the quality of the hair and lace.

The only issue I have, as to why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because their customer service can be lacking at times. There will be times where you might straight up not get a response to your inquiry. Or, if shipping is going to take longer than the website states, you're not going to be notified about it. If it's around the holidays, forget about hearing back from them. Their staff might be very small, which could make sense as to why communication with customers is difficult at times.

Regardless, if you buy a wig from them, they are worth the price, of the highest quality, and you won't be disappointed, that is what matters above all.

I have been wearing wigs for more than 20 years due to my alopecia, and the one I ordered with Moramode is just sublime. The hairline is incredible. I recommend, and I will certainly place another order. They also took the time to answer all my questions by email, good customer service! :)

Moramode you have it done it again! I just received my second wig and it's so beautiful. I love how they stand behind their product and have excellent customer service. I contacted them because my wig began to thin out really badly on the temple area, and they offered to fix it for me. I am amazed at how much they care about their customers and take care of them. I ordered a ready to ship wig to use while they repair my thinning wig. I will never buy a wig from any other company. I only trust Moramode because they have the most beautiful wigs, and they truly are undetectable, which is important to someone like me who has alopecia and doesn't wear makeup. I only wish they had more variety of funky colored wigs because I like pinks and purples, but that's definitely not a complaint by any means. I love this company and I love their wigs!

I just want to say the customer service is amazing! The quality of the wigs are amazing. I ordered a second one! Most of all it looks like it’s your own hair. You can trust this website. It’s really hard to order online, because you have no idea what you’re going to get. I will continue to order from them. This is 100 percent fact!

I ordered a ready to wear wig almost a month ago. Delivery time was 5-8 days.
I Recieve an e-mail that the wig will take 15 days to make. So it was not indeed not ready for shipping! I explain that I'm in a hurry and ask for an alternative wig. They found one which was a little more expensive. I said that since this was their mistake, I go accept the new wig for the price of the original.
After this no answer and still NO WIG at all!!!

I bought one of the synthetic pieces. It's colour is true to the pictures, the length and wig quality was fantastic. The cap is a little big for me ,but can be altered. I highly recommend

Really good quality and exactly as advertised. The straight hair is actually straight after washing unlike most other "designer" wig brands out there that give you wavy hair and straighten it. Worth the $$$$

The wigs were the right size, the hair was of high quality, smelled great and although slightly lighter in colour, they look and feel amazing :)

I received my wig today after 2 weeks of waiting, and I have to say it was so worth the wait. I can’t believe how real the wig is, the material of the hair is exactly like human hair and does not look synthetic at all. So worth the price too. The wigs are great and I'm extremely satisfied with their quality. I’ve ordered both the synthetic and human hair wigs and absolutely in love with both.
Customer support is timely and helpful. Delivery was quick and smooth (however you still need to count that human hair wigs take longer as they’re custom made, but they’re sooo much worth it)

I had been looking at their Instagram page for a while, and going back and forth to their website. I finally made an order: a synthetic wig. Wow, I mean wow! I’ve been ordering new wigs every second month or so from big national brands so I wasn’t expecting big results with this wig as I only paid around 150€ and usually spend between 300€-500€ for a synthetic wig. But I was truly amazed by how the hair felt, how it fell, and the color!

Honestly, this is probably the first time after putting a new wig on that I feel like I want to go out and meet people. That’s a fantastic feeling.

The lace is a bit too dark for me being light brown, but my intention is to cut a fringe so that won’t really matter. You can read the color of the lace in their description of the wig, so make sure you choose the correct one.
It’s also way too big for me. This was definitely expected as I’ve had to make all of my wigs smaller when ordering a size M.

I will most definitely order my next wig from them again! Can’t wait!
