Awful product

Awful product - wouldn't recommend to purchase!
Have complained many times - the wheel just comes off after use on 1 floor of the house!
they keep telling me to purchase other parts! how can a wheel of the machine fall off!.
Awful customer services, the clips that hold the extension broke and so did send me a replacement - the WHOLE thing is pure plastic and afraid to pull it apart for use on stairs as breaks easily.

Do not waste your money on this vacuum

Do not waste your money on this vacuum. Hadn't had ours long before it started to drop the contents of what had just been hoovered, back out onto the floor once the vacuum had been turned off. Tried to get around this by pressing it onto the highest mode to increase the suction prior to turning it off to ensure that the pipe was clear, to no effect. I also emptied the canister every time the vacuum was used. At just over a year and out of warranty, all of a sudden, the E3 code came on and the vacuum stopped working. The suction pipe had split completely at the bottom rendering it a lost cause. I binned it and bought a Gtech AirRam 3 and have never looked back.

Terrible Customer Service

Moonpod shipped part of our order to the incorrect address and part of our order to our correct address. Attempts to communicate with their customer service team are maddening. This is an expensive product and we will not be a repeat customer based on shoddy customer service. We haven't even received our full product yet. Purchase comfort items from anywhere other than Moonpod.

I bought this after reading a review in…

I bought this after reading a review in a magazine. I think they were using a different cleaner! It clogs far too easily and fills up very quickly, every time I use it I have to empty it and it clogs at least every alternate time I use it. The suction is pitiful unless you turn the power up and then it’s mediocre and the battery runs down really quickly. It’s impossible to do my whole 3 bed house on one charge. I wish I had never bought it.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. The battery has been an issue from day one. Does not last long and now, after 12 months, it won't charge at all. The overall quality of the product is something you'd expect of a product worth around the $79.00 mark. What a waste of money.

You’re customer service is non…

You’re customer service is non existent, I reported that the battery dose not live up to the product stat and if the power head is not been used and I try and use the accessory nozzles there is no power whatsoever. The battery life is about half the advertised time and that is with the machine turned on and left to sit.

Useless vaccum powerless

This vaccum is a cheap & powerless. A hairdryer has more power . Poor suction , poor quality vaccum , the canister to empty is extremely difficult the roller brush has very small bristles so is ineffective. I contacted the company, sent videos of my complaints , 13 emails later and I contacted fair trading to assist in getting money back .

This Moonpod cleaner is quite useless

This Moonpod cleaner is quite useless. It blocks so much as look at it. The parts once assembled are extremely difficult to pull apart - nigh on impossible for anyonyone not very strong. It does not pick upbits of dirt larger than a grain of sand or if it does it empties it out all over the place when it is switched off. And now the extending flexible arm has broken at the joint. A complete waste of money.

Amazing Customer Service

Cecelia did an absolutely wonderful and thorough assist when I needed to buy refill beads for my MoonPod. The best customer service I have received as late. She actually read my question, provided info that the website page that hosts the refill orders was down and provided me an alternative to get the refill beads with no delay. Even answered my follow up question with actual instructions, not just sending me somewhere else. Love her and her dedication to her brand and work

I have all 3 pieces for the moonpod and…

I have all 3 pieces for the moonpod and at first it was great but it slowly started going downhill and now it just sinks to the floor. Don’t waste your money especially at this price. Literally, I am sitting on the floor.

I wanted a Moonpod for years

I wanted a Moonpod for years. And now I have one, 3 pieces. It's for sale. Don't waste your money on this, especially if you're not really agile and can get up off the floor without help. Not good for back problems. Foot rest just slides around. I've never been so disappointed in a product in my life. Just don't do it.

Deceptive and Disappointing - to say the least!

I just read the answer from Moonpod. Such a non-answer, answer. If you are going to reply in a public forum at least try to read and understand the issue before replying. Not surprisingly - disappointing!

I had high expectations for Moonpod, as they do an excellent job marketing their product. However, I was completely disappointed with my experience. Customer service seems to be run entirely by "Ron," and every time I reach out, I receive a passive-aggressive response from him. There's also only messaging available—no phone number to call!

I ordered a Moonpod on Thanksgiving night, and shortly after, I experienced some buyer's remorse because of the high price compared to competitors. I sent a message overnight requesting to cancel my order. Instead of canceling, they offered an additional $10 discount and shipped the product anyway, which was frustrating.

When the product arrived a few days later, I opened it to find that the instructions indicated there should be two bean bags, but I only received one. I contacted Ron again, and he informed me that I needed to order the duo product, which I couldn't find on their website. When I asked about returning it, I was faced with a hefty 20% restocking fee.

The product itself is disappointing. You sink into it, and it's practically useless without the crescent pillow. While their website shows happy faces enjoying the single bean bag product, the reality is quite different.

Overall, my experience with Moonpod has been ridiculously disappointing and discouraging. I will never purchase from them again.

I received my new Moon Pod Cleaner on…

I received my new Moon Pod Cleaner on July15th 2024.
I have generally been reasonably happy with it as it seems to work very efficiently in my apartment.
I have 2 issues though which makes it a little frustrating to use - they are:
1. I find it fairly difficult to empty the dust barrel - trying to pull it apart - but maybe that's because it is new and will loosen up with use???
2. The little black rubber like wheels on the head, near where the stick is fitted (Long Stick Mode) keep falling off. Any amount of screwing them back on is not solving the problem (the screws dont appear to be threaded - the existing thread is significant!) - they fall off at the next use. It works with the wheel/s off but I'm sure that is a fault that should not happen.

I am giving a 5 star rating for the product and the fast reshipment. I am very happy and impressed with the Moon Pod bundle product. They are very comfortable.
It contoured to the body and supports the body frame comfortably. I am happy with the product and the material is very clean.
Although, I would suggest that the call center should remediate on returning phone calls.
Importantly, shipping items on time, is crucially important as product advertisements. Especially the first time buyers/customers.
