I ordered a couple of things online. You communicated well to let me know they'll be a little later than expected. And I was grateful when they arrived.

I bought an acoustic guitar from Mooloolaba Music on a Sunday from my home in Central Queensland. I made a couple of phone calls to the helpful staff to check a few things and then completed the purchase online. Overall a very easy process.

Unfortunately the performance of your courier hasn't been the best. In 3 full days the tracking status hasn't been updated and they haven't answered by queries on where the guitar is. Its only coming to Sydney so i would have expected it by now. Maybe they will answer your queries? I realise this is out of your control but maybe use a different courier for interstate delivery? Thanks

The banjo I ordered arrived promptly and was undamaged by transit. There were a number of sections where an adhesive was present from a sticker which needed to be removed and a small mark on the head of the banjo. Otherwise it is everything I wanted
